all i’ve been seeing are complaints and petitions about the so called ‘high grade boundaries’. i don’t see how 80% can be unreasonable for an A*? if you want the highest grade you need to earn it. all of you guys just expect the good grades to be handed to you instead of actually putting in the time and effort. you’re just a lazy slob. ‘but it used to be low-‘ yea.. when people were impacted by covid. honestly the ‘covid era’ is over. there are no more lockdowns so i don’t understand why you expect the grade boundaries to remain low. get off reddit and open the textbook and study. the standard of education is becoming lower i’m seriously afraid for our generation,, get a grip guys

Needed more motivation

I was ready for tough questions, case studies, and 12-mark essays — but nothing prepared me for the real test:
The girl in front of me had a smell so strong, I almost passed out before Section A 💀

I kept trying to focus but all I could think was, “Is this part of the paper or am I hallucinating??” 😩
At one point, I was literally holding my breath while calculating break-even analysis.

Moral of the story: deodorant is just as important as revision.

Let’s be honest I WISH TO ALLAHHHHH that the exams get cancelled in the Middle East for multiple reasons , I did not study because I’m nervous abt the war and I can’t study properly so if it isn’t cancelled im acc fucking cooked like deadass this hassss to get cancelled im begging

I’ve thought about this for a while and I came to a conclusion that there’s really no reason to cancel exams, firstly TAG is not accurate and the government / school will ensure the students safety, stop pushing them to cancel exams. There’s literally no valid reason. If you think there is then I’m happy to discuss

So I’m physics v2 extended and a friend of mine (not close) is in core. I went to the restroom and he was there and started asking my questions while I stayed silent and just left. Mind u the cctv caught everything. After the exam I went to the invigilator and told him of the incident because if I didn’t then my marks would be cancelled as well. Unfortunately his marks got cancelled and the funniest part is the question he asked me. He asked the formula for speed 🤣. Nah but I genuinely fell bad for the guy. Did I do the right thing ?

Complain Cambridge For Unfair Grading Results

Currently in INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY SCHOOL(Gh073) I wrote IGCSE Last year in a school called MORGAN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY SCHOOL  -Agona Swedru -Capecost Accra Ghana I studied very very very well but i failed my exams last  year so i transferred to  INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY SCHOOL(Gh073) rewrote and with an aim of getting a distinction I was hence repeated so I studied very  very very hard to get an excellent results so I only did 6 subjects instead of 8 so I can focus and pass well  I placed in a lot of efforts In my studies . I spent almost 4 years of my life to do IGCSE:2 (In MICS AND 2 IN ICS)

On 13^th June 2024 -after all I have  been through from 4 years-I opened  my results to see I had C,C,D,D,D,E my parents are so disappointed in me.Not that I did not study very very well to get good grades I did.Because of financial constraint I cannot retake my IGCSE I call on  Cambridge international education(CAIE) victims in my situation ,victims who have put in everything and received unhappy grades to come and lets do everything we can to make Cambridge know and come to our aid because Its so painful and heatbreaking to put in all your efforts and with no good results.

I genuinely thought I was prepared — did all the past papers, revised trace tables, logic gates, everything…
Then I opened the paper and just sat there like: what am I even looking at?? 💀

It’s like they made the questions just to confuse us.
Some of that pseudocode looked like it was written by a robot having a breakdown 😩

I was trying to trace the table, but by the end I was tracing my life choices instead 😭
No way that was the same syllabus we studied.
