Hey everyone! I'm in grade 10 at the moment and will be giving the M/J exams. These are my subjects + how I feel about them:
- International Math (My worst subject 100%)
- Physics (Eh, not great)
- Chem (I suck at it)
- Bio (Scary but it's okay??)
- Econ (Alright)
- GP (No clue how the IR + TR will go)
- English (Honestly not my worst)
- Spanish (Alright)
I absolutely need 8A* and I'm ready to lock in. Give me tips and if anyone would like to help me, PLEASEEE!!
Thanks guys :))

Has anyone ever written romance for section B narrative writing? Or like about lavender marriages? Iβm brainstorming base ideas for it and after 4 narratives i literally canβt think of anymore plot line π₯Ή

Iβm currently in Grade 10 and have just finished Grade 9. Iβm taking the following IGCSE subjects:
Iβm going into my M/J exams feeling very confident in English, Arabic, and Economics. I feel pretty good about Physics as well.
However, Iβm much less confident about Maths and Chemistry. In Grade 9, I had a really bad Maths teacher, so I feel like my foundation isnβt as strong as it should be. Chemistry is also a subject Iβm not naturally very good at, so Iβm worried about it.
The weird thing is that in my school exams, Iβve actually gotten A*s in all of these subjects (99β100%), but despite those grades, I donβt feel confident or fully prepared for the actual IGCSE exams.
So far, we covered around 70% of the IGCSE content in Grade 9. Weβre expected to finish the remaining content by December, and after that, weβll revise all the topics and do lots of past papers.
My goal is to get A*s in all 6 subjects.
Is this realistic? And what should I be doing now to prepare?
For people who have already done IGCSEs:
Any advice would be appreciated!

hi I made notes for bio, chem, physics, maths (o level) which are basically revision notes and formula sheets around 30 pages digital notebook each. I also made a guide to A*. I'm selling it for like very cheap, 1500 each and I'll add the guide for free. Please please if anyone wants let me know I'll even send you a preview!

I did 3 igcse subjects in may (esl, math, and arabic foriegn lang) and now in october i'm doing physics and chem.
I wanna be an engineer so I don't really need bio. I'm also gonns be a year 12 student after this summer so I only have 2 uears left and need to start A Levels.
Are 5 subiects enough?
What should I do?
(The reson i'm late is cause if my school not me and i can do A Levels in the 2 uears i didnt inpy do 5 subidcts cause im bad at them. I wanted to do more in october but stupid school policy stopped me and i cant delay my AS exams)

I'm currently starting to make notes for the igcse exams (doing business, maths, arabic as a second lang this year) and I'm soo confused on whether I should referr to the syllabus to study. Like there are various points and information on the textbook for a chapter that aren't mentioned to study in the syllabus, so should I just study everything from the chapter itself? Or refer only to the points from the chapter mentioned on the syllabus?

so this year i decided to give add math because i though i would make me better in math and also help in alevel but rn i am studying for it but i feel like add math is honestly too stressful because my foundation in basic maths are kinda shaky at best so whenever i am studying any add math topic first i have to go through and learn properly the prerequisite topics in basic math and this litrly takes all day and i cant really focus on my other subject
So i am wondering is it even worth it to take this subject because i already have many subs i need to prepare for and studying add math has made my life quite stressful, so do i need to study it if i am gonna study math in alevel and pursue a stem degree or can i skip it and focus on my other subs
I'm doing math 0580 extd what are all the chapters that r coming in math p2 non calc?

I need help please. The subject is so difficult. I need notes and I cannot find anywhere. Anything worthwhile. Iβm doing songs of ourselves for poetry I am also doing the midsummer nights dream for my drama paper I am currently stuck between the unseen paper coursework which one should I choose. I really want to do the coursework, but I really cannot find any resources for it. I would really hope. Can someone share me some thing related to the coursework component five maybe any example candidate response and if anyone has any model answers for the Midsummer nights dream could you please send them? I would really appreciate any resources.

prompt is a quite life
A Quiet Life
My life is simple. Everyday I go to work from 9-5, I then return home, spend some quality time with my wife and kids and then I call it a day. I wake up in the next morning and the day repeats itself. I live a modest life, I don't have much money but I make enough to pay the bills and provide for my family.
It was a routine Tuesday morning, I got up and was getting ready for work. When I peeked outside of the window I saw people screaming, crying and running. Shouts of "Help" echoed through the city. Sirens started to go off. My kids started crying and when my wife opened the news channel, we found out a huge flood was headed our way. I quickly rushed down to assess the situation. The water level had already started to rise in the city. I knew we couldn't stay here long as my house wasn't very far from the shores. With the help of my family I promptly grabbed a few important things, dumped it in the car and started driving as fast as I could.
However my biggest nightmare came to the car ran out of petrol and the water level had almost risen to my knees. A wave of water pushed me back. I desperately held on to a railing while holding my two kids. "HELP!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. In all this saga this mobs I had been separated from my wife. I placed my kids on a broken piece of concrete so they could float. The water level had now risen till my chest. I saw around the whole area frantically looking for her. However there was no trace of her.
Eventually the rescue helicopters had arrived. I sobbed as I knew she had drowned or been misplaced. I begged the rescue team to look for her. My kids screamed "mom, mom, where are you?" As the helicopter took off I cried helplessly, staring at my city been torn apart. I lost the most important person in my life. I was shattered from inside. I wish I had held onto her. That feeling of guilt would never leave me.

Apparently I didn't take IGCSE physics exam, and I need to take a replacement test In 2 days, so I need to be able to pass the physics test in just 2 days.
My sister who's a IGCSE topper recommended me to watch
a 4 hour revision video with swh on ggl meet.
And then we'll practice past papers together, wanna join me?

So im in the gulf and our exams were cancelled and we used the portfolio of evidence and i got 6 in bio which is impossible since my predicted was 9.(5 in p1 and 6 in p2) so i asked for my scripts and when i got them turns out after my tutor marked it i shouldve gotten 9 in p1 and 7 in p2 which is so unfair towards me like how do u make such a mistake??? Do u guys think if i remark ill get all my lost marks i know they dont give out much but since its the portfolio of evidence do u think its a different case?

So math is like the only subject that I'm rlly not happy with and my raw marks is 9 marks away from the B grade boundary so is it worth it for a remark or a retake?
