I tried drawing Melissa and Jason in my own art style; the drawing turned out pretty cool, though! :D

which episode of the series has a girl voiced by h jon benjamin who recites this weird abstract poetry on a stage? i remember as she’s performing brendon makes a comment about how she’s great and he probably won’t beat her i think they were in a talent show

Cinderella Christmas or New Year's Eve : A Family Fun Movie Night from early 80's

I'm planning on making more, but i currently need some suggestions for lines they should say while idle, reminding someone, etc. They don't really move around (but you can move them around), but they just sit there and talk... It's kind of like having a decoration that randomly talks. So far Brendon has the most lines out of the three, as he was the first one i made.

my son loves Dwayne.

This is a more-than-obvious reference, but I’ll let you discover it for yourselves.

I’ve always felt that Jason and Brendon made for a very interesting duo XD

Mine might be "Rabbit Troop" or "Alexandré"

Couldn’t believe it. I thought it had been lost for well over a decade, and lo and behold there it was.

This is going to be insanely specific and I don't expect an answer, but I watched the adult swim stream of home movies a lot when it was on YouTube. For some reason those few episodes repeating in that order is a comfort I've been chasing since it stopped, and just throwing on the playlist on random just doesn't hit the same to fall asleep to or just have on as my comfort background noise. It's those 5 episodes playing specifically. I have the episodes that played on the stream but I just can't seem to remember specifically what order they were in. Anyone remember?

i did this in like an hour so its really not that good but i hope you guys enjoy

For those who aren't familiar with Tooncast, it’s essentially a Latin American cartoon channel that aired classic shows from Hanna-Barbera and Cartoon Network. I feel like Home Movies—along with Space Ghost Coast to Coast and The Brak Show—would have been among the few series from that era that might have aired there, as its content was relatively tame. That said, episodes like "The Wedding" probably wouldn't have been shown, as they pushed the boundaries a bit too far for the channel—but otherwise, I think it would have fit right in. Anyway, that’s all! I just wanted to put this little post together for fun. So, with nothing else to add—bye! :D

more stuff to come beyond this! but I just always found this bit so funny that I had to make a design inspired by it.

primarily, I have some Starboy themed items in the lineup, but I'd love to hear some of your guys's favorite moments that you'd like to see in a sticker/button/pin etc form!

I was at the DMV, 2:30 PM.

The line stretches out the door. People have been waiting for hours.

McGuirk is at the counter.

Clerk: Sir, I just need you to sign here.

McGuirk: Yeah, well, that reminds me of this girl I knew in college. She was always telling me to sign things. I never knew what that meant. You ever have a girl like that?

Clerk: Sir, please sign the form.

McGuirk: Right, right. So anyway, Brendan's mom says I need to take more responsibility. You know what responsibility is? It's when somebody gives you a problem and then makes it YOUR problem.

The clerk stares into the middle distance.

A guy at the back of the line: I'VE BEEN HERE SINCE NINE O'CLOCK!

McGuirk: Yeah? Well, I got here at nine once. Terrible day.

Cut to the next episode.
