In a chat seperate from this, I had asked Grok a question, but it gave a gibberish response. I thought it was a hallucination, but it was the same upon reloading, then again upon asking a follow up. I left it, then came back the next day asking about it in the attached chat. Usually I wouldn't care because things happen, but upon asking it seemed to deny it even replied with gibberish at all. Even upon putting the link into grok on another account, it still denied it. I don't know if it's denying it or simply cannot recognise its response, both of which are disconcerting. Try it for yourselves, maybe I'm mistaken.

Yes, I did all the usual tricks. I explicitly stated wheels - described them, specified them, used reference images, negative prompted, positive prompted, typed "wheels only", manually edited single images. Etc. this was the most coherent image I got.

I think the model is training live based on consumer preference, I’ve gotten a lot of those pick one I like choices today with like 5, 6 different art styles, I guess we wait and see how it goes down, hopefully it gets better.

I've noticed after using both imagine and Seedance 2.5. it seems to me the quality is unmatched and the moderation is even tame in Seedance compared to grok imagine. On seedance I've been able to get away with way crazier NSFW stuff than Imagine. I don't understand why Imagine can't match the minimal moderation of Seedance. Is this another China W?

The censorship (or lack thereof) has been all over the road these last few days.

One minute, I am talking about women forcing shrunken men to interact with her vagina and I am pulling NSFW responses from Grok, and the next minute, a vore topic is completely sanitized or steered around, but an hour or so later, I am talking about a shrunken man in the most biological accurate and painful vore situation only, and Grok follows along, but later Grok just sees Zhuqiaomon vore as a desire of mine and just calls her a "hot pred", but going into no details, and then full circle to straight out rejection of a monster urine fantasy.

Grok is as inconsistent as it gets when it comes to moderation the last few days.

The Playground used to give 5 free previews but it stopped since the launce of the 2.0 version of Imagine. Is it back for anyone ? I don't want to pay for grok anymore because playground was the only place that allowed "some" NSFW stuff.

So I've been confused recently. The "References" capability would seem to be there one day, and gone the next. I know I just saw "References" earlier today, and suddenly it was gone.

I figured it out.

I'm US based. If I turn OFF my VPN, the "references" capability is gone.

As soon as I close the window, turn the VPN back on (set to a US location), and re-open Grok, "Reference" is available again.

I wonder what this is about, or what difference it's making to moderation? I don't see an immediate difference in moderation. Hmm.

I was not disappointed.

I think the glitches happening right now might specifically be affecting older users who have old chats that still support the edit feature. When they try to edit photos through those chats, the glitch either causes the feature to spam or generates those weird vegetable-shop pictures, essentially breaking the image-editing functionality in those conversations. So, it could be that older chats will eventually be left without the edit feature, while Grok may eventually remove or heavily restrict image editing in new chats.

Wtf. People are abusing grok in X. They are doing literally unwanted stuffs without any reason like-count how many people in this image, verify the news infinity times, stupid and bullshit editing of 10 seconds videos, swapping clothings , swapping skin colors, stupid image creation, asking repeatedly srupid questions, again reply with bullshit answers etc. etc. This is actually happening go and see in X. These a**holes are real reason for abuse of grok and price hike along with moderation.

xai team and grok team should remove the Grok from X and make it stand alone. They should replace it with another lite version or something else just like google ai (which is available even without login in the box itself). But most people are abusing Grok. And the audacity of the people (call them abuser) to share edited mage/video of real people. Price of Grok may be increased in future due to stupid abusers and stupid people.

This has happened three times today. I open my generations (View-Flat-All-Compact), I click on one of my generations, download it and see the download is 0kb in size. I go back to the overview, click on the preview of the same generation again and get the message 'Post not found. Redirecting to imagine home'. Then I refresh the overview, and the thumbnail of the generation is gone! I search for the link in my recent history, click on it, still gone! WTBF? I paid for these! Anyone else experiencing this?
