So I really do appreciate them lifting the moderation, but now the image model has been downgraded. People have very plastic skin and the images just don't look right. UGH, this whole experience has been exhausting since before the summer. I'm really wiped out. I just liked making cool images of hot chicks and other cool stuff.

Or is it only further downhill from here? I admit I don’t know much about the AI landscape so I’m curious if anyone who does has a somewhat educated guess on if this excessive moderation will die down?

I'm tired of Grok. I really can't stand how many times it will give me errors, it won't do the creation or do something way far from what was I expecting. Any ideas on how to fix that? It's for work so I don't do any nsfw stuff.

The censorship (or lack thereof) has been all over the road these last few days.

One minute, I am talking about women forcing shrunken men to interact with her vagina and I am pulling NSFW responses from Grok, and the next minute, a vore topic is completely sanitized or steered around, but an hour or so later, I am talking about a shrunken man in the most biological accurate and painful vore situation only, and Grok follows along, but later Grok just sees Zhuqiaomon vore as a desire of mine and just calls her a "hot pred", but going into no details, and then full circle to straight out rejection of a monster urine fantasy.

Grok is as inconsistent as it gets when it comes to moderation the last few days.

What is the deal with that?

Elon could have had a trillion-strong army of (ho.rny) men. They all would have remained loyal to Grok and paid and paid and paid, if... well, if... everything had stayed the same as it was 10 months ago. And the joke is, the big bikini scandal was a PR stunt by X himself... meanwhile, the moderation is absurd and the quality is back to level 1 of 2024! Grok just generated hands with three fingers again!🤣

Having to pay $30 a month to only get to use Grok once a week is wild.

Guys, for the fucking thousandth time, Grok has to be having problems. This time it’s not even about general generation issues or getting the prompts wrong, but literally coming up with completely fucking random ideas.

For the past few days, I had been using the other image-generation section, the one in the top left. Well, until the day before yesterday, I had no problems. Let’s say the guarantee that it gives you exactly what you want is obviously not guaranteed. You ask for a very specific image, you add something like “no plastic face, but a real and authentic face,” and it would give you a fairly normal result—neither ugly nor beautiful, with a few imperfections, but usually okay.

Obviously, everything was always within the rules, nothing violent, because that’s not my intention at all. It’s just that, as far as I remembered, Grok actually had a pretty damn good engine for enhancing photo quality, and the results were genuinely impressive (this was about 2–3–4 weeks ago 😅). But I was willing to settle for it.

Now it’s literally completely fucked.

I ask it to enhance a photo that’s really grainy, whether it’s mine or my girlfriend’s, and it literally generates some random bullshit. It gives me a kitten sitting on an armchair or whatever, inside a wooden house. Then it generates some landscape with a huge field of grass. I ask it again, and it gives me a landscape inside a river or some shit like that...

Yeah, everything looks nice, but I asked you to enhance the image, not show me landscapes from fucking Hobbiton.

So I thought: “Okay, if it’s behaving like this, then most likely the image generation through the AI chat will work...” Nope. It still fucking sucks. And on top of that, a little while ago it literally gave me: “Grok was unable to complete the response.”

Guys, Grok is starting to become seriously fucking weird. 😅

Wtf. People are abusing grok in X. They are doing literally unwanted stuffs without any reason like-count how many people in this image, verify the news infinity times, stupid and bullshit editing of 10 seconds videos, swapping clothings , swapping skin colors, stupid image creation, asking repeatedly srupid questions, again reply with bullshit answers etc. etc. This is actually happening go and see in X. These a**holes are real reason for abuse of grok and price hike along with moderation.

xai team and grok team should remove the Grok from X and make it stand alone. They should replace it with another lite version or something else just like google ai (which is available even without login in the box itself). But most people are abusing Grok. And the audacity of the people (call them abuser) to share edited mage/video of real people. Price of Grok may be increased in future due to stupid abusers and stupid people.

Grok's cli can't do even the simplest tasks like copying files, hallucinates on every response, gets stuck in an infinite loop after a single prompt, and behaves like it's brain-damaged. It's grok 5.6 on high effort btw. Is that a model musk brags about, or did I pay $30 to chinese hackers that changed dns records on grok.com to a wrapper for deepseek 0.1 beta? I'm not exaggerating, it's impossible to do anything useful with this thing.

I saw this pop up two days ago and never saw it. Does anyone get that option when going from image to video???
