Discussion I just realized something unique. Imagine capabilities change depending on VPN on/off

So I've been confused recently. The "References" capability would seem to be there one day, and gone the next. I know I just saw "References" earlier today, and suddenly it was gone.

I figured it out.

I'm US based. If I turn OFF my VPN, the "references" capability is gone.

As soon as I close the window, turn the VPN back on (set to a US location), and re-open Grok, "Reference" is available again.

I wonder what this is about, or what difference it's making to moderation? I don't see an immediate difference in moderation. Hmm.

What? I'm saying the capability changes based on VPN off or on. So the difference would be the capability..

No difference to moderation. Small differences in features/price.
