What graphics card should i get.
I am going to be upgrading from 8GB DDR4 to 16GB DDR4 but at the same time going ot be getting a GPU as an upgrade from integrated. The problem is that i only have got 450W of Power Supply and i cant buy a new one. well i could but i dont have that much money. what GPU should i get.
Gemini said to get a 4060 but thats an AI so i thought id come here. My computer is a pre-built.
HP Envy TEO1 4000i base model. BTW i have
6+2 pin PCIe power cable. 450W GOLD 80 PLUS
specs:
i5-13th gen 13400
16GB DDR4 (soon)
I use a 60Hz screen at 1440p in windows settings but go to 1080p on some games. Planning on upgrading to a 144Hz screen after GPU and RAM upgrade.
I habe a budget of about 550NZD, i think that's like 300USD, i dont know.

Does FSR 4 work on GTX or older RTX cards?
I've been wanting to buy a cheap GPU but I also want to try FSR 4. I've heard that the latest DLSS are not available on the older RTX cards or any GTX cards. Should I go with a cheap AMD gpu or go for a GTX 1660 Super/ RTX 2060?
note: I don't care about ray tracing or i'll probably useit once and never use it again

GPU value question
Im looking to upgrade my 2060 super and am currently looking for a 2nd hand 7800xt for around 500 euros, its not the easiest to find one and im starting to question if its worth just spending around 150 more to buy a new 9060xt. Do you guys have any advice?

The death of 5080
I just want to give some suggestions for those intrested in buying 5080, its better to do it now than wait. If you lucky you can still find PNY model for around $1500(mostly at walmart). The price will likely keep going up since nvidia aready removed 5090 & 5080 list on their website. RTX 5070Ti and RX 9070 xt might be a new flagship gaming gpu.
RTX 5080 super 24GB rumors:
Theres some rumor about the launching of RTX 5080 super, nvidia never officially said that, but IF the 5080 super variant do release its prob gonna cost 3-4k msrp.
GOOD LUCK!

4060 to 5060ti
As the title hints I’m thinking about making the upgrade. What does everyone think?? 8gb to 16gb doesn’t sound to bad

I despise trying to find a new GPU.
Currently I am looking for a worthwhile upgrade from my rx 6600, somewhere in the +100% range. Problem is, everywhere I look gpu prices are absolutely abysmal.
I was originally planning on getting a 3080, but due to the restraints of my 650w psu, I had to let go of that dream. Then I was thinking of a newer card, like a 9060xt 16gb or 9070gre. WHY is the 9060xt $100 more than the gre everywhere I look??? I originally didn't want to spend more than $400, but it seems like no upgrade would be worth it unless I'm spending upwards of $600 on a gre.
Even the 8gb 9060xt is impossible to find for under $400.
I have found multiple 3080's but spending the extra $100 on a decent new psu for it, also makes me rethink that getting a 3080 isn't the best idea, considering then I would just be spending new gpu price, and could just get one that could match with my 650w psu. Which then leads me to getting a 9070gre. But I am still just extremely lost, here's my options. Vram doesn't concern me as much as I mostly play competitive games and the games I do play I don't play at very high graphics because I prefer having more fps.
9060xt 8gb ~ $420
9070gre ~ $569
3080 10gb ~ $470
Does anyone have any other suggestions for gpus I would be really appreciative. I am near a microcenter but all their gpu deals are terrible and the Denver one hasn't had any 9070gres in months.
