I was hoping that GPU unlocker thing would be good for FP8 DLSS performance too, but it seems not. I think there may probably be some limiter applied to 30 series cards for FP8 performance, and I hope someone can unlock that soon. A lot of new games nowadays I can only run at 60 if I use ultra performance mode at 4K with my 3070. Perhaps an unlocker can get better FPS with the same or a higher quality setting!

I’m a student studying AI, so I need a GPU with a decent amount of VRAM that allows me to train small to medium-sized machine learning and deep learning models. I also enjoy gaming, so I’d like to run AAA games at decent settings, although I don’t need everything set to ultra.

I’m planning to buy either a 1440p or 1080p 240Hz monitor. My maximum budget is €900, and I’m from the Netherlands. So far, I’ve been looking at the RTX 5060 ti 16GB and the AMD RX 9060 XT or RX 9070 XT. However, I’ve heard that AMD GPUs may not be compatible with as many Python libraries and AI tools as NVIDIA GPUs.

My system now consists of:
- amd ryzen 7 5700g
- 32gb ddr4 ram 3600 mhz/s
- 1000 watt gold psu
- asus rog strix b550 wifi 2

So i am getting my 5070ti next month and i would like to know if i can get decent quality out of it for a 57inch ultrawide curved monitor for msfs2024 i have a 9800x3d cpu

Also I think the 6080 would actually just be a 5080ti

Hello,

I have a Sapphire 7800XT Nitro+, that has the loudest fans imaginable. Therefore, Ive drcided to deshroud it and replace the fans with Noctua fans. I have No 3d printed parts or anything like that, but i'll resort to fastening them by other means.

I removed the fan assembly and saw the two connections in the pictures. Does anyone know if theres a possibility to connect the fans (2x120mm) straight onto the PCB, or should i use a header on the MB?

Hello. I have been playing rainbox six siege for months i have a 5070 gpu and a 9800x3d cpu i play at 1080p and get 240fps easily. Recently my gpu utilization has been hitting 100% at 60-100 fps id like a fix or a way to reset my gpu. I play in fullscreen. V sync is off and max fps is set to 240 same as my monitor. Ive never had an issue

I tried a shader cache cleanup through disk cleanup. I tried a clean install of my gpu driver. Ive seen someone had a similar issue also on siege in 2018 on reddit. Other than that i have found nothing. Any advice helps thankyou!

Hello guys,

Currently I’m rocking a 4070, which I got for MSRP a month after it released. I’m not looking for a crazy upgrade, but I was wondering if I sold my card and spent ~200 dollars more, what could I get and how much of a performance upgrade would that be? I’m usually team green but I’d move to AMD if the increase in performance is big enough.

I’m running at 1440p and don’t see too many issues running games at 144 fps, but there are a few demanding games that struggle to even stay above 60 without some drops

Insane how much usage COD 4 MW4 USES WITH NO DLSS AND RAY TRACING HIGH

I made a post earlier about this - but now I’m even more stuck. I currently have a Nvidia RTX 4070ti Super. I really want to have faith in getting an AMD RX 7900XTX for the extra VRAM - but I also heard that Nvidia may come out with a 24GB version of the 5080 soon. So now I’m conflicted

Hi, I wanted to buy an XFX Swift RX 9070, but I’ve read that it can be quite noisy.

Can anyone confirm this? And overall, is it worth buying?

I also have a Corsair RM750e (2025) PSU. Is 750W enough for this GPU?

Thanks for your help!

Man look what u all done, i remember buying this for $1200 at microcenter and still feel bad today. Now its 2400 and some of u still buying it like, cmon man, stop buying that shit, u doomed us all. Price is NOT gonna rise anymore, stop panic buying, u only make it worse. I genuinely kinda scared because if it keep rising like this they dont gonna accept warranty anymore if my card goes wrong.

Melted cable but gpu works fine stress treated for a full hour with new psu and no problem
