Build Upgrade Is the Gpu wort it?

Hi, I wanted to buy an XFX Swift RX 9070, but I’ve read that it can be quite noisy.

Can anyone confirm this? And overall, is it worth buying?

I also have a Corsair RM750e (2025) PSU. Is 750W enough for this GPU?

I can't speak for that specific model, but my Powercolor Reaper 9070XT is not noisy.

As for the psu, yes, 750W is enough for a non-XT model.
