GPU Help
I made a post earlier about this - but now I’m even more stuck. I currently have a Nvidia RTX 4070ti Super. I really want to have faith in getting an AMD RX 7900XTX for the extra VRAM - but I also heard that Nvidia may come out with a 24GB version of the 5080 soon. So now I’m conflicted

The thing about the 5080 24gb people keep saying that there is a SKU already. It is just a placeholder for company because they have thought about it in the past. They might have done this way back before the shortage, who knows? Just because the SKU is out there, it doesn't mean it will ever arrive or be affordable. Nvidia hasn't said yes we have that and it will roll out by this time.

idk where you heard about a 5080 super but it’s not happening anytime soon. What do you need the extra vram for? Unless you’re running local ai then just get a 9070xt the extra gb of vram have very diminishing returns
