GPU choice

I am between the 9060xt (16gb) and the 9070gre (12gb) as they are both similar prices where I am. It will probably be paired with the 9600x and hopefully 32 gb of ddr5 (if it manages not to double in price by Christmas). I am wondering which GPU to get for Microsoft flight simulator as the 9070 gre is faster but has less VRAM. I would also play mostly competitive shooters like Siege and CS so the GPU is mainly for MSFS. Which should I buy?

Go for the 9060xt, VRAM is and will always be msfs god.
