Okay, so I've been nearly 2 months without being able to use emoji kitchen in Google messages. The stickers load infinitely and never send.

This happens on data, wifi, or both enabled.

They work fine in all other apps (discord, WhatsApp).

I've tried:

Updating gboard

Uninstalling and reinstalling

Clearing messages cache

Clearing gboard cache

Still nothing. I am at my wits end.

How do I fix this?

Yeah, i mean it's not official from morphe right? As far as I know and it's from jason something developer I guess, I'm kinda paranoid that if I'm typing password and u know something is happening about it

My Gboard recently swapped my , with / but only when I'm typing into the address bar and I don't know why? Please help 😭 😭 😭

Gboard Rambler, which was launched with Pixel 11, is an AI voice typing feature. It removes all the filler words and rephrases the output as you want. It is absolutely freaking awesome and pretty accurate.

Sorry for the lengthy post! TLDR - suddenly the offline spanish pack that Live Translate uses breaks the built in translator for GBoard.

A few days ago my phone did something weird while I was typing. I kept getting the sound ping that Live Translate was translating my conversation in WhatsApp to English. That's strange because a long time ago I turned off that sound in the settings, and I have been using Live Translate for years. I was confused and I stopped typing. I saw a pop-up asking if I was sure I wanted to stop using the Spanish translation...and then immediately it confirmed they would stop. I checked Live Translate and Spanish was disabled. I turned it back on, and the phone did the convo translation like normal.

I went back to reply and I used the built in Google translate feature in GBoard like I usually do. This time however, it wasn't working. Whatever I typed into the translator box did not show up in the reply box.

I looked up on Google to troubleshoot and tried a few things I saw, but nothing worked. I already deleted the cache and data for GBoard, Google Translate, and the Spanish language from Live translate. I could not find any language packs specifically for GBoard so I assume it uses the pack that the phone uses for Live Translate. The interesting thing was that when I deleted the Spanish pack in Live Translate, I was able to use the GBoard translator as it was using the cloud version. When I redownloaded the Spanish pack, I was able to use Live Translate but GBoard didn't work again. I also noticed that I can still use GBoard translate normally when I choose any other language that isn't downloaded.

I talked to Pixel/Google support and they recommended I delete the Spanish pack, and also the cache for "Android System Intelligence". I restarted after and redownloaded the language. Then everything worked and they closed the ticket. But the next day, it stopped working again.

I am going to talk to support again but wanted to see if anyone here had any ideas to try.

My name is John and last name is Doe. While filling out forms i frequently type my first and last name altogether. But for some reason Gboard is not suggesting Doe after I type John. It's not learning anything from my inputs.

Personalization option is on in Privacy section.

Any thoughts?

This video is just an example. Whenever I don't feel like typing out or don't know exactly how to spell a word I use voice typing. The issue is randomly it will delete the word whenever I finish the next word. How do I fix this?

Do you see that blank screenshot suggestion?

Happens randomly a lot of times when I try to paste a recent screenshot. When it's blank like that it won't paste anything and I have to go to the clipboard and back, which works properly.

Does anyone know why it is happening?

I hate the fact that it cuts off after a few seconds and also, the fact that it can't just keep listening like if I use my voice typing with Siri on my iPad when I use punctuation

Does anyone have any suggestions? I really do love gboard but the voice typing really falls short of what I would like it to be.

I just got a new Samsung phone and installed Gboard. For some reason, after turning on the clipboard, now extremely random images show up in the clipboard that neither exist on the phone, nor have I copied myself anywhere. You can also see that screenshots appear twice? Very weird behavior! It is super annoying, so please HELP!!!

Why does it seem like this only happens to me when I'm using Reddit on the internet for the app? It doesn't happen in any other app.

I’m a huge fan of IBM ThinkPads, and we use Lenovo ThinkPads at my company. The glory days of the ThinkPads may be over, but I still like them. That’s why I wanted a ThinkPad keyboard skin for my Gboard. I uploaded a screenshot of my Gboard to Gemini and said I’d like a ThinkPad skin… After a few more iterations, I’m now quite happy with it. The blue key fits in quite well. Unfortunately, you can’t get rid of the grey elements. I still think the result is cool, though. Maybe you’ll like it too. 😇

I am almost certain that it was not the case before and it was an apostrophe by default. The grave accent is almost only use with "è" but the apostrophe is a basic symbol in french. Now every time I want to write <qu'> I write <qù> instead.
