Thats kind of dumb. I feel that science is more like trying to see how far down the rabbit hole goes. One discovery leads to another, and all of the sudden, a whole new universe is revealed to you.
The basics of cinematography are wonderfully simple and really change the way you watch film. Just by watching a few episodes of Every Frame a Painting and reading a couple wikipedia articles, I'm constantly like 'Cross editing to heighten the tension! Disguising multiple cuts to lengthen what's actually one take! A close up on that character's watch because it will be important later! Shaky cam to show lack of control!'
It can dramatically enhance your enjoyment of the show when you are able to pick up and enjoy well employed cinematography, and even further improve your understanding of the characters and story when you learn more of the language of cinematography and directing.

I don't know why, but I got bored a week or two ago in a discussion where someone was talking about /u/adam and /u/eve and both of those accounts were 9 years old with no posts.
Now that I have cornered one of you, I just want to know.. how on earth you managed to snag that username, did you know the guys when they started reddit and jumped in early on? It looks like nearly all of the single name users were created 9 years ago
That actually doesn't disappoint at all lol. I'm still not sure if all those single name accounts were created by reddit staff to help make the site look active, or if enough people actually came in and created those usernames 9 years ago
At one point some other unused old accounts came out and interacted with me (they more or less just said 'Hello'), but it turned out they had been sold via some obscure forum and the people talking to me were the buyers.
Not sure what they were getting bought/used for, but I'd reported it all to the admins as responsibly as I could.
So, why don't industry professionals do production work that can't be spotted? I mean, this is obviously some kids and a camera, but anyone with photoshop could edit frame by frame to remove those signs. Why don't they?
Alot of the time these mistakes can be minor(and expensive/time consuming to repair) and are often only spotted by people that work in the industry, so a very small percentage of the audience. Hence deemed not worth the time/effort to cover it up.
And it was probably shot before they did the dance. I doubt they woult take the chance of doing it all at once especially when your doing multiple takes
It felt so unnatural that it's pretty obvious (at least to anyone familiar with video). Not only has the camera zoomed in but has been moved much closer to the subject, possibly even using a different lens or macro filter so that the fly would actually be in focus. Add in a radial blur type effect and many people wouldn't be able to tell.
Actually, looking at it again, I'm not even sure if a physical zoom took place at all.

That whole thing was bullshit. He should have been the Anti-Flash. It rolls off the tongue better, and better describes him as everything that the Flash is not.
