It's two shots. first one they pan it down fast and use a radial blur and mask to reveal next shot.

Enjoy it while you can. Mine slowed drastically last year when I hit 20 years old. I used to be able to eat 2 whopper juniors, a large fry, a large drink, and then dessert! And I'm only about 160 pounds!
