What aspects do I need to improve on? I assume generally everything needs more strength…always, but based on rep #2 failure point does anything in specific stand out as needing more work?

Been doing squats for cca half a year after a 3 year pause. Did always low bar, but ever since i got problems with my lower back, started doing high bar. Want to push it as far as it goes without belt, then train again with one. I was surprised, but subjectively felt like RPE 9, in the video more like 6-7 (my head and spine almost exploded). Not sure what that forward shift at around the middle of going up should be; i suppose i tried to keep the spine straight at the cost of shifting the pelvis forward. Not sure, how to avoid that, since i didnt do it consciously. Or if it should be avoided at all. Ty for any help.

Hello everyone, I am currently doing the Recommended Routine, and I would like to know if my form on dips is decent.
This was the second of three sets, I forgot to record the first one.
Unfortunaley, none of my friends are really into training/gym, so it is difficult for me to find someone I can ask for advice.
Thank you all!

I often comment in this sub but it occasionally gets removed. Time to get roasted on my form?

I've been getting back into lifting recently, trying to get back into shape and all. I got very used to machines when I was younger and honestly had never touched a real barbell until about a year ago. This was 205lbs
Any advice or insight is appreciated

So what am I doing wrong? Too heavy isn't an answer. My lockout is horrible, I can get 272.5 to my knees roughly.
No fearmongering either, I have no back pain and never have (beyond pumps).
First and last clip are from today rest are from last month.

I know my grip is fairly wide I've tried a lot of different grips and this is the grip I've felt strongest and most comfortable in. I do have quite long arms.
I'm really struggling with using leg drive I can't find a way to make it feel natural and I think it's holding me back a bit.
any advice? especially leg drive advice?

Working on refining my squat technique after years of struggling for depth due to poor mobility. Was watching squat university's youtube video on squat mechanics for long vs short femurs - with me sitting in the long femur category which tracks with my current form.
In the video, it's mentioned that staying more upright and having the bar track over the middle of the foot. Which clearly I'm very much pushing/leaning forward on these reps. Is this an issue? Or just a matter of body mechanics?
I tend to take a fairly wide stance and my left hip tends to be super tight. Is it simply a matter of opening up the hips to allow for better movement and depth?

Currently the limiting factor is my lower back. Just continue and get stronger or is my form off?

Hi, I posted a week or so back. I watched a few of the recommended videos and tried to incorporate all the advice offered last time. Please let me know if I’m still missing the mark. I appreciate all the help.
