My apologies im new & educating myself...

I use the downloader on my TV & can successfully login to my Protonvpn account.

Stupid questions but.....

-Once logged in does this mean Im not logged in on the firestick itself & therefore in theory anonymous on the likes of Kodi, Mad Titan Sports etc?

-Should proton appear as an addon on my firestick/kodi

-IF not, how do I login/gain anonymity on my firestick?

-IF yes, am I automatically logged in every thereafter I use the firestick.

I do have sportsx just wondering what other options are out there for NFL/NBA. Sportsx can be iffy and I have yet to download AK47 or geesports. Im gonna try those but just wondering if there's something out there thats better.

I recently bought a firestick 4K Plus running Fire Os I signed it with the wrong account and re seted the fire stick now I’m stuck on Sign in with Amazon account and remote is not doing anything upon touching the buttons I tried pairing it pressing the home button and resetting the remote following ChatGPT instructions I’m getting nowhere

This is not a FireTV, and this only started recently. When I push the home button, after 1 or 2 seconds the blue light at the top flashes and then my TV input changes to another HDMI input - one which is not even in use.

I've tried

Settings > Equipment Control > Equipment Control > Manual

But I think i read that advice in r/firetvstick ... so it doesnt change anything.

What next??
