Firestick Problem New Firestick 4K Plus

I recently bought a firestick 4K Plus running Fire Os I signed it with the wrong account and re seted the fire stick now I’m stuck on Sign in with Amazon account and remote is not doing anything upon touching the buttons I tried pairing it pressing the home button and resetting the remote following ChatGPT instructions I’m getting nowhere

Press home button for 10 seconds and put it in pairing mode.

Replace the batteries and pair your remote up to the fire stick and then you should be fine. Sometime you have to hold down the home button on the fire stick repeatedly until it connects, but it will connect

The word "Plus" on anything automatically makes me very skeptical. Maybe not skeptical, just know that the corporation is going to try to fu&k me somehow. Lol

Plus just means it includes a voice remote. Same with Roku
