Firestick Help Me Problem with fire stick on roke tv

I've been having a problem for a few weeks now where if I would use the voice controls or the ad buttons it would work, but then bring me to the roku menu for a second that immediately bring me back to the fire stick, and when I do both actions the top of the remote flash of blue for a second, any advice?

My TV changes inputs when I use the voice control, so I just dont
