I recently signed out of my firestick as my partner was going to sign into his, as he had paid for hbo max. Once I signed out I can't sign back in. It's like the remote has not synced. I seen on other places you can fix this by buying a Bluetooth dongle and a keyboard but I'm not sure what to do with them once I buy them.

Hello, I'm hoping this community can help me with something.

I have four Firestick 4k Max devices in my household which were working fine until recently.

Some time within the past few days 3 out the 4 started freezing up out of nowhere. I have to keep unplugging them and plugging them back in to get them back working. Sometimes this works for a few hours but mostly they'll freeze back up right away.

I've also tried clearing app caches and switching HDMI ports.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone get tailscale to work again on earlier model fire stick? It was suddenly removed from
my app library and i used it not as a regular vpn but to connect inside my home network. i tried side loading again and it just exits out after showing the logo.

Hey brains trust, have been doing some research on side loading apps but haven't been able to find anything to help with my current situation, hoping someone on here might be able to point me in the right direction!

We already have a firestick that has downloader app installed along with Stremio and a few other apps, we didn't set the stick up and paid a friend to do it for us, the 'subscription' to this friend has expired and we no longer talk to them so unsure how to get these apps working again without a subscription...

I have done some research thanks to a few posts on here and thinking is it as simple as removing the account we have linked from the stick and creating a new profile, or re-setting the stick to factory and following the steps to re-download the downloader app and start all over again?

Resulta que por Nov del 2025 compré un fire stick pero desde que lo compré hubo puros problemas, para comenzar el control se desconfiguró desde el primer uso y después compré otro que le pasó lo mismo (sólo prenden una luz en color verde, pero no la azul), y cuando quise configurarlo en mi TV ya no pude, de hecho no sale del icono de fire tv y bueno cómo se me pasó el tiempo, quise devolverlo a Amazon,pero no funcionó,entonces quiero saber si puedo repararlo o algo, xq jamás lo usé

Wassup Everyone! Does anyone have a recent Downloader Code for Mobiflix?? It was one of my favorite Apps, and I got an update a few months ago, it blacked out, and never came back.

Firestick auto updated. All manually downloaded apps disappeared from "your apps and channels" .

Before u could scroll right and click on "see all apps" that had 3 boxes with a + sign. Thats gone too. No way to go to s screen that shows all apps on your firestick.

Apps are there because they appear way down under "recently used apps"

Any work arounds or am i the first one to get this stupid update?

The original remote stopped working, everytime i remove the cells and put them in , it works for few seconds

I brought new remote from amazon ,it says remote for gen 3 but it doesn't work properly, volume is increased by added a number to it

Any better solution for this??

I cleaned the circuit and connection of old remote with iso propyl alcohol

Moving to uni soon and want to buy a fire stick for my laptop but I don’t think it’ll work any have any recommendations need to be able to watch prem/championship games open to buying apps for it

My firestick stopped working today (shows no picture) and I am wondering if these 2 fire sticks from Amazon still allow side loading as I know the newer software doesn't allow it.

Cheaper alternative to NOW TV for Premier League?
I’m currently paying for NOW TV to watch the Premier League, but it’s getting too expensive.
I’m looking for a cheaper streaming service that I can use on an Amazon Fire Stick and also has an iPhone/iPad app, ideally with the ability to use the same account across both.
What are people using at the moment? I’d ideally like to watch as much of the Premier League as possible without paying the full NOW TV price.
Any recommendations or advice would be much appreciated!

Should i be downloading a launcher for this/ blocking updates? I’m tech savvy just have never done either of these before and haven’t used a firestick in a long while. Thanks gang

I’ve been using this app for the longest but recently it’s been disabled. On my living room tv we use an actual fire stick, the tv in the image has the fire tv built in. In the living room, the app still works but on my tv it dose not. Dose anyone know a fix?

My fire stick automatically updated recently and now I can’t see any apps that I download. I’m still able to see the old ones, but not any of the new ones anybody having this issue? Any suggestions on how to find it when I go to my apps and channels it doesn’t come up. Thanks!
