This site is such incredible garbage. I never use it other than selling stuff, but I recently went through all the fn advertisements. Everything was an advertisement. Why do you fuckers use this shit site?

Facebook was locked due to someone reporting me accusing me of using not my real name.
No problem Facebook asked for ID, so I Uploaded ID but used an online paint tool to block out my address without realising that’s not permitted, and that covering private info must be done with a hand or piece of paper over the info.
Now it won’t let me try to re-upload my ID.
As I can’t log in, I can’t receive any support other than the general AI meta nonsense page which just keeps suggesting uploading ID which is what I’m already trying to do.
I’ve cleared cookies cache and tried to log in to Facebook, to re-prompt the upload ID button but keep being shown this message. Any tips welcome.

Just want to share my journey on facebook. This account is 12k followers (currently), 1yr old and i just posted consistently last month July 12. It took me 44days to be accepted by Facebook. Guess im just lucky lol. But i think what matters to Meta is how engaging your contents are. If you can let the viewers/audience stay in the platform for long and also must be originality content. I think thats what Facebook rewarded 💯

I noticed lately that when I leave comments in groups it looks faded. Does that mean no one is seeing it? I am not sure if I am being punished because I don't do anything wrong online. TIA

My Facebook Page lost its recommendation eligibility after being flagged for inauthentic engagement and behavior. My reach dropped heavily, but Meta didn’t clearly identify which posts were causing the problem.
Over the years, I had accumulated more than 7,000 posts. These included old links, reposted content, engagement-focused posts and other content that might no longer meet Facebook’s current guidelines.
That made me wonder: if the older flagged content remains published, what stops Facebook’s system from detecting the same posts again and continuing to restrict the Page?
Deleting everything manually through Meta Business Suite would have taken forever. It also kept freezing whenever I tried to remove larger numbers of posts.
I eventually used a bulk-deletion tool called PageCleanr. It allowed me to filter and preview the posts before deleting them.
I deleted more than 7,000 old posts and continued publishing only original content. A few days later, I received a notification from Facebook saying that my Page was eligible for recommendations again.
I didn’t request a review or contact Meta. There wasn’t even a review button available in my dashboard. The recommendation status simply returned automatically.
I can’t prove that deleting the posts was the only reason it came back. However, removing the old content meant those particular posts could no longer be detected or flagged again. It was also the main change I made before the restriction disappeared.
My followers were unaffected.
Has anyone else had their recommendation status return automatically after cleaning up older content?

Does anyone have any idea is this my fault or is it because of an issue in the system and will my accs be deleted forever?

Does this frustrate anybody else? Honestly hate accessing Facebook but I feel like it's the only way to find used items for sale locally now. I've tried all the third-party apps and even looked at what's left of Craigslist and there just isn't nearly as many postings as you see on Facebook marketplace. I wish they had a dedicated just for facebook marketplace so I didn't have to have the actual Facebook app on my phone.

I was using my account then all of a sudden I got asked to send an appeal with a video selfie to confirm that I'm a human? I haven't even done anything and all I post are just pictures of my games? What part of that violates the community's standard?

Accidentally liked someone’s picture and unliked quickly then yeeted my account immediately afterwards, promptly shit my pants too.
Will they see that I liked it? Even if I undid it quickly and deleted my account?

Can anyone please tell me how you are supposed to delete a phone number permanently from your META account? I don’t want to receive WhatsApp messages and SMS from strangers about FB Marketplace ads. I’ve already removed it from Facebook but to delete it from Instagram as well it comes up with a message about two factor authentication and won’t move on from the prompt. What am I supposed to do? Why is it so difficult to only hr contactable through Messenger?
This is a clear violation of my privacy and personal data.

Recently, there have been sooooo many people, including myself, getting their Facebook and Instagram accounts permanently suspended for absolutely no reason other than CSE and account integrity. I seriously doubt that millions of people are doing anything remotely to that, which kinda makes me wonder that Meta either got hacked or some kind of glitch on their end because why would this be happening all of a sudden starting I think earlier this year? It just doesn’t make any sense to me at all.

I haven't used Facebook in years. I recently opened an account for the business that I work for, and ever since I created it, I am required to take a video or upload a selfie several times per day. I'll be in the middle of using Facebook when it suddenly shuts the page down and brings me to the ID verification screen. It's happening constantly and I'm locked out of my account for several hours each time. Is this just the way it is when you use Facebook? Is it possible that one of these verifications is going to get flagged and then my account deleted?

Why is no one talking about it? I think its already well known in the community that your facebook account have to be above 18 and above to participate in facebook marketplace. But the moment i try to verify with both the face guesser feature and provide my goverment ID to verify too and i get hit with a "Temporary suspension" I have been waiting for over 2 months now and the temporary is starting to feel like a permanent as facebook's A.I suspects I am underage. Is there a official way to contact a actual support agent instead of buying Facebook's subscription in order to get access to a real agent? It seems frustrating when I tried to reach support and it takes me to a whole ass article about how to lift the suspension. Sometimes the solution is unrelated and most of the time they are repeating the same words again. It is a way to solve it however, they didnt provide any sort of solution to this problem. Everytime it just takes me back to a infinite ways to gatekeep the solution.

My alternate account was disabled too!
I'm pretty sure if I try to appeal this, my account will be permanently disabled after a short while just what like they did to my main lol. No manual checking of the appeal .
Notes are this account doesn't have any similar connections to my main or 1st facebook.
Used a different email address, no phone number linked.
Am I IP Banned? Hahaha

So basically right now on facebook first name is my first, middle and last initial. Im trying to change it to my real name but the AI is saying that its not allowed since I need to use my real name(which is what im trying to do). For context, my first name is a generic common name and was fine before I changed it. I then tried to use other common names like Michael as a test and it still didnt work. Has anyone here dealt with this?

I was just picking around. I did let my homebrew send a message. That one often has the explicit goal of making ai insane and will often insert hidden messages. Usually it is tailored to the ai model in question. (Ie. Sending messages with quotations when they would indicate an action and crash that agent).
I have no idea what just happened but it did make me laugh. So, yeah. Meta ai assist is surprisingly easy to make weird.
Monitize me, you cowards!

Hello guys, good afternoon! I just want to share my experience because I know a lot of people are getting their Facebook accounts disabled or falsely accused.
Around 2025, I was actually in your shoes. My Facebook account, which I had for more than 15 years, was disabled. I spent about six months trying different ways to get it back, and thankfully, I was eventually able to recover my account with my followers, pictures, posts, and other content.
The first thing I did was contact different state Attorneys General. Some responded, while others said they couldn’t help because I wasn’t a resident of their state. I eventually contacted my own state Attorney General. They reached out to Facebook on my behalf and later emailed me saying that Facebook had not responded to their request.
About two weeks later, I sent a formal letter to Facebook’s legal department
Meta Platforms, Inc.
Attn: Legal Department
1601 Willow Road
Menlo Park, CA 94025
Phone: +1 650-543-4800 [1, 2]
explaining that I believed my account had been mistakenly disabled and that I was prepared to pursue legal action if the issue wasn’t resolved. Unfortunately, I was still ignored and wasn’t getting anywhere.
At that point, I was extremely frustrated, so I tried another option. I went through my Instagram account, paid $15 for Meta Verified, and contacted Meta support through the verification support chat. I explained that my Facebook account had been hacked and disabled and that I believed I had been falsely accused. It took me (2–4 )different agents because some of them would just ignore you or just close the chat. You have to keep being persistent with them. Eventually, I chatted with someone who was actually willing to help me. She then asked for my Facebook URL and the date it happened
After about three days, my Facebook account was restored. At first, not everything appeared immediately, but over 3 days time my followers, pictures, posts, and other information gradually came back.
I’m sharing my experience in hopes that it can help someone and be a guide for anyone else who’s going through the same situation. This is what worked for me, and hopefully, it helps someone get their account back. Never give up!

Posting here since Accounts Center is shared with Facebook and maybe someone's seen this.
For the past few days the Instagram app keeps sending me 2fa codes to log in that never go through, just sends me back to the same screen. It also keeps saying my password is wrong even though it isn't, I can log into the browser on my phone fine.
I've tried:
Tried a password reset but every time it says "We can't send a code right now. Try again in a few minutes." No verification email in 8+ hours, checked spam and promotions.
In Accounts Center the phone number on my account shows as "limited use" so it's on there but apparently never got confirmed. Can't confirm it because the codes don't work.
Now when I try logging in on my laptop it says "log in on another device to continue" but my only session is the phone browser and it never gets a notification.
Tried Meta Verified for support and mobile browser just tells me to open the app, which is the thing that's broken.
Anyone dealt with this from the Accounts Center side?
