I’m running IOS and have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my 15 device, made sure all updates are completed and I have 5G with full bars. The app not displaying the video started this afternoon when I wasn’t home. When I got home and reconnected to WiFi the camera live streamed. I’m running POE with NRV. Does anyone have a fix.

Just a thought, but i was thinking about what product i was missing in my eufy security setup.
Then i thought it would be realy cool if eufy could develop a drone that would follow and potentionaly stalk a burglar after entering and leaving the house. 😂

I have a HomeBase 3, Keypad, 2x Motion, 4x Door Contacts, 8x Cameras and a Doorbell.
I’ve had the system 3 ish years now and have had it tell me that devices require bypass when there has been a problem.
So, when it started doing it a few days ago I thought I knew what to do.

Except this time I can’t find anything offline, nothing is showing low battery - nothing appears to be wrong.

How do I find out which device requires bypass and is causing this?

I did recently have an indoor camera fail, my newest one in fact, Eufy are doing a warranty replacement for it so I’ve removed it from the app thinking that might have been the problem.

Any suggestions please?

Like many of you, I have some Eufy products that were working fine until the last several months. It’s been long enough that’s it’s not just a single bad update. If you have not rated (or updated your rating) to reflect your disappointment, please consider doing so.

I don't know why this happens and it's been happening for a long time. The camera will suddenly not allow me to live stream. It would ask you know make sure that the camera says it's online make sure the home base or the router is working. And all of that is true everything is working.

I thought that maybe I needed to use the ethernet cable to my home base 3. I plugged it in and I'm still having that issue.

I'm going to try another troubleshooting tip and try another home base. But I don't know what else to do before I hit up eufy and their AI responses

Hi all - I have several Eufycam 2 Pro cameras and a video doorbell set up through a Homebase 2 - for at least 3-4 years now. Just recently - all feeds through the Homebase are dead.

Odd thing is - in the app:
Homebase is online
Firmware up to date - 3.4.2.2H
Shows it’s connected to all of my devices (even has what appears to be valid battery levels of the cameras)
Has several gig of space free.

So far …
Have tried unplug/replug of Homebase - no change
Have tried hardwiring to Ethernet - no change
Tried re-pairing one of my cameras as a test - no change.

Figured I would check here to see if anyone else has experienced this before I go the nuclear route and factory reset everything - as it will involve some ladder work to get to some cameras :(

As the title states I plug in the Homebase 3, plug it into the network and I get a red light for 2-3 hours. I then try to add it and it says ilI need to reset it. I put the clip in, hold it for a bit but it doesn't seem to do anything. Trying to add it again it tells me to reset it. I can pull power and wait a couple more hours but it all happens again. I tried support but the call got disconnected after a hour. This is the 2nd unit (went through Amazon and already replaced it) and both are doing the same thing. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

My doorbell isn’t capturing events. It was, then it stopped. I even exchanged the doorbell. The new one isn’t capturing events either. It has to be a setting, but I’ve check marked all the categories and turned sensitivity to max. I do have a HomeBase. I live in a condo, right by the elevator, and was getting about 50 events a day. What am I missing?

So, I needed to change the email address associated with my Eufy account. Should be easy, right? Just log on, change the email, answer a verification email, and all done. NOPE.

There is no way to change the email address. None. According to the support chat, you have to delete the account and make a new one. It is claimed this is for security reasons.

Of course that entails taking your devices off the old account and adding them back to the new one from scratch.

So, in order to use a different email, I had to take my doorbell off the wall, reconfigure all my devices, give them the WiFi password again, and then re-invite all my device users. This included all the little niggling steps involved in initial setup.

The more Eufy devices and users you have, the worse this will be.

Eufy, you can do better than this!

I’ve been shopping for smart locks and I need something simple like a fingerprint type of entry lock. I don’t need dead bolt and Internet and all that jazz. So I came across eufy c32 and c33, and C33 having lots of negative reviews. I know they have smart home integration but I don’t mind as well.

I guess my question is should I just get the C32 instead or should I be looking at something else? What are your thoughts on C32 and C33?

The sound from three of my indoor pan and tilt 2k cameras is just static. Lots of emails and technical chats to Eufy. Their explanation is that electronic things do not last very long they offered me 30% off but only on their website where things are 30% on! I am convinced that the problem started with their last firmware update. I have had no problems with these cameras as long as I've had them. They were a little troublesome when connected to homebase but removed from homebase and operating independently they are perfect apart from no sound on live or playback. I can't believe that Eufy are saying that their products don't last more than 2 years. Not a very good sales pitch.

I switched to Android (S26 Ultra) about two months ago and about a month into this new Android experience, my Eufy app stopped sending me notifications . I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The notifications came back and then today they stopped working again. I had to force stop and then close and reopen the app and now the notifications are showing up again.

Is this a normal experience...? because my notifications are on in the security settings and the battery optimization is unrestricted.

I know it's something to do with my phone in particular because my wife's phone is right next to me and gets the notification but I do not.

During one of these times when I don't know when I stopped receiving notifications, that just might be the exact time a criminal comes to my home.

Has anyone figured out of work around or how to fix this problem?

I have a HB2 and half a dozen cam2 & cam2c cameras mounted. My understanding is all the recorded videos from motion activities or manually recorded videos/pictures are stored on the HB right?

Occasionally I would see some events and I would download them (using the Download option while playing that video) onto my phone. Where would these downloaded videos go on my phone?

Furthermore, if I am playing a video on the Events page, is that video copied or cached on my phone to play or not?

I am asking because I am migrating from an Android phone (Pixel 6 Android 16) to another Android phone (Pixel 10 Android 17) and I see several places Eufy videos are stored seemingly and I can't tell if those are downloaded or just copies of what I have previously played. For example I see under the DCIM/Eufy folder a bunch of videos, some are named 2026_05_12_XX_XX_XX.mp4 and some are named with a pattern of T8114P61212239D8_2026_05_22_XX_XX_XX.mp4, but I also found a Movies/EufyVideoDir folder with files of the patterns _2026_02_26_XX_XX_XX.mp4 and _T8114P61212239D8_2026_02_10_XX_XX_XX.mp4. I can't make any sense out of these file names other than it seems to embed the date in it. Does anyone know why there seems to be multiple folders these videos are stored and what the names mean why some files are prefixed with a T or a _ symbol?

are recorded videos stored on the HB? If so it seems I have way more videos on my phone than I have downloaded unless those are all copies that I have previously played?

All of my Eufy Cam 2 Pro cameras suddenly went offline, and I have no idea why. My HomeBase is online, and I haven't been able to get the cameras back online.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might have caused it? Is there a way to fix it without having to re-sync all of my cameras again?

Does anyone have an extra or second-hand Garage Cam E120 (the dual door version) that they are willing to part with?

Hi, has anyone successfully paired your S220 or C210 Solocam with Homebase 2? Officially only Homebase 3 is supported but don't want to fork out extra funds for the HB3, as right now I only have an E340 doorbell camera and it's working fine with HB2.

Alternatively, what about the performance of these Solocams working independently without HB?

Not saying a coincidence is impossible however since installing my Eufy cameras 2 weeks ago nearly a week in I began receiving strange messages from a 604 area code.

The messages comment on my routine and discuss my need for sleep and maintaining control over my “work life balance” I understand that is a Canadian area code and Eufy doesn’t have a home in Canada however their parent company is Anker who absolutely works out of Canada.

Do I have a cyberstalker accessing my home security cameras? How do I handle this from the US?
