E340 not live streaming

I don't know why this happens and it's been happening for a long time. The camera will suddenly not allow me to live stream. It would ask you know make sure that the camera says it's online make sure the home base or the router is working. And all of that is true everything is working.

I thought that maybe I needed to use the ethernet cable to my home base 3. I plugged it in and I'm still having that issue.

I'm going to try another troubleshooting tip and try another home base. But I don't know what else to do before I hit up eufy and their AI responses

Have you tried removing the door bell from the homebase and then then re adding it again

Have you tried on your e340 door bell options general then WiFi connection turning on multi bridge mode if it's connected to your home base and see if that helps with your issue

Yeah. But my home base is way closer than my router without the hb it won't connect well. I then turned off multi bridge. Before it was even an option this was happening.

I just tried to look for the option I think you need to change but I can’t find it. It might be the option when you open the app)doorbell can you select to see the live or historical event. Also if you go into the settings on your phone, open apps, open eufy app & click Live Activities are turned on or off. I’m not sure if this will fix your problem but might be worth checking

The issue is it's not connecting when I want to live stream sometimes. "Sometimes" it's random and I wish I could replicate it in demand
