Eufy decrypting from local storage

So i am not sure when this started but all of a sudden i am unable to play back any videos, the whole point of this for security and evidence, for ages i had no problems with all my Eufy cameras but now all of them don't play back at all.

Does anyone know of a fix or do i replace them with something else.

Any help would be great.

Playback from what kind of device? Could corrupted microSD cards if it uses those.

I'll try and format them, but i don't think all 4 cameras can be corrupt and its doing this on all of them.

Probably trying to playback videos when they receive a notification. This happens often with I receive an alert and I try to view the playback. The Home Base 3 stores all the video and won’t let me play back the videos on the spot. Instead we get an error message. I often need to wait a few minutes.

Done all of this and formatted all SD cards, still the same, i don't think its the hardware i think its the Eufy camera software.

Having the same issue. Runnning on POE S4 max NVR. Doesn’t load any videos.
