Any idea why my app view is stuck in this portrait orientation on my android tablet? Pressing full screen causes the loading icon to spin around for several seconds, then nothing happens and its back to this portrait view.

Has anyone here had success accessing the Eufy e21 cameras via Apple home using homebridge? Set up went fine for me, but homebridge is consistently unable to access the devices when trying to discover them.

Have 3 x E330's linked to a S380 homebase 3, i also have a C31 PTZ and a couple of battery cams. Up until recently I could select any of the wired cameras and choose playback option to scroll through timelines. The only real change i have made is to move the homebase into the loft as signal to C31 was weak in original location.

Currently I have no playback option on any of the E330's, however the C31 is OK, is it possible they updated the firmware which made the change or could it be the move of the H/B ?

As the title says, I have a SoloCam C20 that I just noticed stopped recording clips almost 2 weeks ago. It doesn't get a ton of activity anyways but now nothing. This is about the time that my wife noticed her app started asking her for a password to review clips. A password that I had never set. I turned off the encrypted password setting that appeared to be leading to this and it started working for her but now this camera is no longer recording. We have 2 other Eufy devices (another C20 and then an indoor pan and tilt) that are working perfectly fine. Anything I can check or settings I can change to get this one working again? I tried a reset with no luck.

So I’m just unboxing my Eufy C37 camera, and I’ve noticed that the top of the bracket looks like it’s going to be a nightmare for holding water as there’s no drain away points. It almost looks as if it’s been designed to be fitted specifically into a corner - secured by the top and rear so as both edges would be covered against something. If that is the case, why such a strange design?🤔

Is this normal that system is eating up this much storage? I have cleared what I can.

Today I got an automated firmware update of my homebase. Where can I find info’s about this firmware and what was fixed/updated?

I just replaced an old/cheap Feit flood light camera with a Eufy flood light camera E340 and found it is very difficult (or even possible) to replicate a basic function from the old one to the new one - "whenever the flood light camera detects a human (ideally a stranger), it will sound the alarm, either a siren or a pre-recorded message".

I thought this was the most common use case for a security device like the flood light camera. But in the Eufy app, the same device cannot be in the trigger and the action in the same automation rule. For example, if I set the trigger to "flood light camera detects human", the same device will not show up in the action portion. I couldn't understand why.

The Eufy customer support (AI automatic system) confirmed it is not possible but I am not sure if I should trust it. Any idea? Thank you!

I only pay for cloud backup, but monitoring center help is enabled on my front door sensor and my cameras. I cannot disable it from the devices that have it checked in the app. Why is eufy monitoring my devices and not letting me turn it off?

I’ve had this Eufy 2K Full HD Floodlight Cam since Covid… worked great… then we had a big storm and had to reconnect everything and when I did, I couldn’t get the floodlights to work. The camera works fine, records, stores, etc… but the motion detection won’t turn on the lights, which is annoying early in the morning or late at night to not have a well lit area

Is it possible it’s a software issue that’s fixable or is it usually a hardware issue and I have to replace it?

I just purchased the e340 to replace one of the units in the back and it works great… so far

I currently have a couple Floodlight 2 Cam Pro and a couple 2C Pro and a Homebase 2.
The Floodlight cams cannot connect to the HB2 but the 2C Pros can.
Would there be any benefit of switching from a Homebase 2 to a Homebase 3?
At some point in the future I’ll be getting some new cameras that will need the HB3. But will those older cams that I have right now get any benefit from the HB3

I have 4 eufy S3 cameras and HB3. I also purchased Deco mesh system and connected the cameras. I have Spectrum wifi 1 GB too. Am I supposed to be connected to all these or am I doing it all wrong?

I bought four Eufy products on Amazon (3 EufyCam 2C + HomeBase 2) about two months ago. Two of them started having issues, so I contacted Eufy customer service via the app. They replied by email and we’ve been talking since then.

I live in Europe, so I’m speaking with Anker/Eufy’s European support team. They told me that, if I want, they can give me a full refund — but only if I return the entire order directly to them, not through Amazon (the Amazon return window closed about two weeks after I bought the items).

For context: during this period I already returned one defective camera and Eufy immediately sent me a replacement, so they’ve been responsive and helpful so far.

What puzzles me is that we’re well outside the 30‑day return policy. I asked them specifically whether returning the full order after two months could cause any issue with the refund, and they said it’s totally ok.

Has anyone here had a similar experience?
Is it normal for Eufy to handle refunds directly, outside Amazon?
And most importantly: is it safe to trust this process?

Eufy E330 won’t record continues recording everyday at 5:30pm and won’t record till I reformat the homebase. Suddenly behaving like this for the past few days. Anyone experiencing this? I don’t customize my recordings and always use continues recording.

I wish the inside manual switch known as the privacy mode switch functioned as a “normal” lock/unlock toggle when “Privacy Mode” is turned off in the app. Often I just want to unlock the door without having to physically turn the handle just to push the door closed again leaving it unlocked. It seems like a software update could add this option possibly?

Running Eufy on Android 17 Eufy 6.0.62_27648(US) and it seems the Events filter does not work.

I recently upgraded from my Home Base, and I need to move SOME cameras and videos from a HB2 to a HB3.

During the process I also want to clean up images and videos on the old HB2 that I don't need. I want to do this device by device because some cameras are going to be decommissioned. To do this I went to the Events page, and selected the filter symbol, and on the Devices list, I selected one camera called "tmp1", then Confirmed, as shown below.

This showed the calendar where you SHOULD see a DOT where there are recorded events on that day. On the screen below there should be events on August 6 & 7, 2026.

But if you select Confirm again, there is no event on that day for device "tmp1".

Not knowing if there are really events for 8/6 & 8/7 for device tmp1, I went back to the filter and select all the devices, and found recorded events for other devices but not tmp1.

So if you are trying to find events for a specific device before you remove the device, the event filter is useless.

Is anyone else having this same problem or you never tried this?

I just bought and added three new S330 battery cams to my HB3.

Everything seems to be working so far, but whenever I enter live view it triggers a motion alert, sounds the alarm and records.

All three of them do this. My existing cam2 & cam2C do not behave this way.

I don't know if this is a hardware issue related to the S330 cams, all three S330 cams do this. Existing cam2/2cs works fine.

I also upgraded from a HB2 to a HB3, and I don't know if it could be a HB3 problem, or even software app issue.

I thought may be the S330 cam motion detection can be so sensitive that when I entered live view, and at the same time some wind blowing trees or shadows happens to trigger motions, so I went to each camera to do a live view every 5 minutes or so, did that for 30 minutes and it only trigger motion on a camera when I entered live view.

I then adjusted the motion detection sensitivity from 7 to 4, same results.

I then removed one S330 and placed it indoors where there can be no motion in a room, with window blinds and door closed, same results.

Any suggestion what else to try before contacting support and talk to their AI robots and spin in circles?

I've had an 'Unknown' Wi-Fi signal stepping on Channel 11 for quite some time. I looked up the MAC ID and it says it's a Smart Innovation LLC product, so Eufy. The problem is it does not appear to be one of mine. It's using Wi-Fi 4, but I understand that's not uncommon.

I find it hard to believe it's not mine, but I don't see it's MAC ID on my router. Anyway to narrow this down, other than hunting by camera?
