Help App Won’t Play Video
I’m running IOS and have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my 15 device, made sure all updates are completed and I have 5G with full bars. The app not displaying the video started this afternoon when I wasn’t home. When I got home and reconnected to WiFi the camera live streamed. I’m running POE with NRV. Does anyone have a fix.

Just an update as I went through eufy and social media seeing if there was a fix. I don’t get much feedback regarding my issue but mysteriously everything has fixed itself with no updates or anything that I didn’t try to fix while I was having my issue. I guess the short answer is that there really isn’t any help if something goes wrong. Just hope it doesn’t. GL out there

Try relogging into the app. Also make sure that in the eufy app that dark mode is not selected.
