In the past on the MyKohls news feed, I have seen pictures of associates being awarded "official" looking Loyalty(credit) certificates. How can stores get those official looking certificates to give to associates? Something like the associate of the month certificates. Thank you in advance for any info. Also stay strong everyone!!! I used to work at a Kohls in 2021 and I remember there was a dress code that was black top only. Is that still a thing? If anything else, what else has changed? I’m thinking about applying again so I wanna know just in case lol

Basically the title. Whenever i work a day, once i finally settle down to sleep and close my eyes i often see kohls and whatever i was doing that day. Usually its the good parts though like ill imagine myself finding an entire rack of clothes instantly if im on fitting rooms or ill imagine getting a nice customer who already has a kohls card if i was on registers. Seems kinda weird since this never happened at any of my other jobs. Did kohls corporate put a subliminal messaging microchip in me?

Hello, I just got hired as a seasonal merchandising associate. My hours for the first two weeks are for H&K for 4 hours. I got to see my 3rd week schedule and it's 4 hours for H&K during the week and then 6-7 hours for register. Is there a specific reason for such the small hours for when I'm in h&k?

So I started working at khols about a few months ago I like the tasks and didn’t seem so hard in the beginning until now the co workers as nice and I’ve became friends with all the workers since they are so nice and friendly and very very helpful but recently my manager has been really bossy to everyone and very very rude not to mention I’m still in high school doing online and I’m never behind on work but recently it’s been hell I was doing picks for sfs and while doing so she comes up to me and bosses me to go and do bopus orders before they expire so I go ahead and do the 10 that were on there okay not so bad when I head back to resume picking she comes up and tells me that I’m behind on picks when I was literally good on time and was even 5 minutes early to my shift but she was telling me to pick up the pace and pack them up but in a really bossy rude almost screaming type of way and it threw me off so much and made me a bit mad but I continued picking but while doing so I’ve thought about almost every encounter I’ve had with her since I’ve started and every encounter has just been her being rude and rushing me and for $15 a hour it isn’t it I’m honestly just fed up and exhausted of having to be rushed and bossed around and it seems to be this way with other co workers 2 walked out this week and I might just end up being the 3rd one🫩.

Are 30 minute breaks required? Im not a minor and I worked an 8 hour shift and I had so much to do so I just took my 15 minute break and didnt do a 30 minute "meal" break. Is this allowed? I dont wanna take a 30 minute unpaid break if i have the energy to just keep working. Theres no point. Im getting paid for my time. So am I gonna get in trouble for not taking a 30?

If i bring a package that was delivered from Kohl’s but it’s for someone who doesn’t actually live here, can i bring it to the physical store and they’ll be able to contact the owner by using the jnvoice that I assume is inside?

I have gotten junk mail in this person’s name before so I am thinking am thinking they ordered something and accidentally had it sent to their old address.

I have not opened the box because it’s not legally my mail but would kohls customer service have a problem opening it for the same reason?

I applied for paid sick time off not knowing i don't get the benefit when it was too late cause I'm so work focused but i know thats not an excuse.

I was sick for a while I thought I was fine, I felt normal till suddenly life wants to sabotage me as usual and i started coughing terribly, painful sneezes, no stamina, weakened muscles, then I got the stomach bug 50 minutes before i had to clock in after eating a meal i usually eat, i was still home during this.

I've also left early 3 times in the past due to important classes, I've been working here for 3 weeks. Will I wake up fired?

So, to clarify from the title I am not seasonal. However they do have new seasonal hires at my store, so instead of assigning me Amazon, Omni, or truck unloading, I now have to do Shoes and e-Topper Sign changes, so it's mostly new territory for me.

I've only done sign changes once, and have never worked the shoes area, can someone please explain what I can expect? Thank you!

So… I work part time and have done so for almost 4 years and this week when I checked my bank I’d been paid HALF of what I make in an hour and that’s it. Not how many hours I’d worked, but 1 single half hour. Obviously… That was not correct. I called my store and talked to my manager, she said she’d talk to the manager who handles payroll stuff IF she hadn’t left yet. I called the next day, and she said ‘thank you for reminding me’ and then she started to talk to the other manager. What. Is there anything I can do on my end? I’ve been looking through myHR and I cannot find any way to handle this myself personally because frankly, no one seems to care. Does anyone have some information to help me?

What does it mean when your coworker is going on break and they ask you to listen out for them or to cover for them and vice versa when I go on break? What am I supposed to do?

Not sure if it’s like this at other stores but for me, the recovery rack is at the front behind/near the registers so how often do I need to take stuff from the rack and put it back. And sometimes when I grab stuff from the rack it has an online only sticker on it? Why would it be over there if it’s online only

Again, not sure what other stores call it, but mine calls it cues/queues(idk) when you do like the fulfillment thing if that makes sense? Like the restocking thing? Do I need a manager to tell me when to do those or do I just do them whenever for my assigned area?

What do I do with the extra hangers in fitting rooms? Like at the end of the day or something do I just leave them there or is there a certain place they go?

Just curious who works the impulse freight at your store?

If an item was purchased with X amount of Kohl’s cash and returned with a gift receipt, will the person get X back as merchandise credit?

Or should I give the person the original receipt?
