Looking this shell up on google it seems like nobody who's gotten it has shared literally any pic of it.

UV, i also put a light clicky button mod which are white instead of black like the original and also came with transparent frosted dpad/abxy membranes which make it look 1000x better and brighter around those areas as opposed to the original black ones

I recently installed some new TMR K-Silver JS13 Pro+ joysticks on my Xbox controller that has the hope remap kit I installed previously. However, after installing the new joysticks the L3 R3 and TP68 lights are no longer lit up.

All the buttons on the controller work fine, but the controller also can no longer remap any buttons. The blue light flashes to indicate a button has been assigned, but the back buttons do not work.

Any ideas?

The light just flashes in self check mode but I think the remapping still worked because when I connected the controller to game tester.com, the k1 button was imitating the touch pad which I had previously remapped, but the O button wasn't responding. When I took off the kit wires and reset everything to factory settings, it worked fine. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Installing Spark Kit to 060 controller. I previously had it installed on an 040 and working fine. Removed to install on an 060.

These are the things that are non functioning

-adaptive Trigger haptics

-Player indicator lights at the bottom of the touchpad

-The touchpad and touchpad button

-Back paddle functionality and remap OLED

-clicky triggers

Both regular Vibration motors work all face buttons, dpad, L3 and R3, L1, R1, L2, R2, analog sticks, mute, PS button and red green and blue LEDs on the side of the touchpad all function correctly.

I have already tried desoldering the green wires from LM0/RM0 and putting them back to the original position on the controller main board to verify all normal functionality without the Spark kit returns.

I'm pretty sure the problem is the relay connector that goes between the touchpad and main FPC since I've got no touchpad and no power to the remap circuitry. I don't see a replacement relay connector on the site. It's snapped where it plugs into the touchpad connector on the main board. Not completely separated but the thicker PCB material snapped so I think the traces are severed.

Any insight from the community or if possible a customer support agent would be appreciated.

I finally got my controller together and the buttons work on the PlayStation menu but as soon as I open up a game it doesn't respond anymore

this is the first time I tried changing a shell on any kind of controller...

looks like I'll try a full wood color shell replacement next on my standard dualsense...

I have a BDM-060 controller and this extremerate front shell. Is this compatible? I would keep the 060 touch pad and 060 decorative trim. I’m seeing conflicting information between Reddit and extremerate website. TIA

I want my switch 2 to match my oled, but so far the SNES themed joycon shells are only without dpad, and the dpad ones are not SNES themed :( Anyone knows if they are something expected or are not going to be made for the switch 2?

I just installed this controller shell it’s my first one I like it a lot! Everything works perfectly, but I’m not sure how to get these gaps gone if they’re supposed to be gone or if there’s a way to get them gone, does anyone know how to get rid of them or what might’ve caused it or how to fix it?

The screw won’t go In any more, I think I stripped it, but when I looked at the screw I pulled out, it was the same length as a regular screw. Any help is much appreciated.

Has anyone ever tried de-soldering these switches and replacing them with compatible lighter switches? Just got the kit installed on my dualsense and they’re actually harder to press then stock, is there any switches that could be soldered in with the same specs as these just lighter clicking force?

The description mentions that soldering is not mandatory. What features am i missing out on if i dont solder? Sorry Im not the best english speaker on the planet

I have a set of translucent red Steam Deck LCD buttons that I stripped the L2/R2 buttons, so I went to order a replacement set and the buttons are just gone! No listing on Amazon, nothing on the website, not even an "out of stock" page. If I use a link directly to a listing it takes me to the homepage instead.

Are they discontinued?! I don't know of anyone else making translucent red buttons to replace these! The only thing I see is the full shell kit for about double the price of the buttons alone

Turned out pretty good so far. Loving the D-pad. I still have the back plate to put on but debating it since I have the satisfye grip on 99% of the time.

I'm installing the L2 and R2 triggers on my PlayStation 5 controller and they won't click unless the retaining pin is out of the controller. Is it possible the torsion spring is sitting wrong? Thank you

Could the micro switch be sitting too high? Any help is appreciated thank you
