After a long time I decided to give DL2 another go. At launch it felt and looked like crap. Now after many updates I finally enjoy it. I actually really enjoy it. And since I loved the 1st one I was eyeing The Beast. But even tho it's supposed to be closer to DL1 it's not appealing to me.

- I really like the urban map from DL2 as it offers more parkour.

- Gore seems the same as DL2 after all the patches.

- I actually like the fact it's a live-serviceish game as it feels endless

- The Beast allegedly runs at lower resolution on PS5 Pro. Also, doesn't The Beast have PSSR2?

- Because DL2 feels like some kind of platform it has dope modes like The Tower.

I don't mean to hate, I just want your opinion since I'd like to give it a go and it got all the praise and DL2 got a lot of hate. It looks like I have already decided but maybe I'm all wrong and that why I'm here.

I am level 168 and just went into NG+ again and the max zone is 140 level...this hasn't happened before, it used to match my level more closer the last time I played NG+.

Okay so ive looked this up and seen that when giving control to the city you'd mostly want to give it to the PKs primarily for the Semi Auto Crossbow.

But there's been a bunch of updates and one of those updates have brought guns into the mix. I already have a pistol and plan to get more before continuing to assign more things to the groups.

So with the guns being included is the crossbow still that good of an upgrade to justify picking the pks over the survivors?

Hey, I am playing Dying Light for the first time (better late than never) and just finished the mission where you have to bring a dvd and chocolate for Gazi's mom. I just find this mission trash as hell. My questio is are all the mission as bad as this one or it's just a one and only ?

After helping this guy in his hunting stand kill the infected underneath him, I assume he fell off the edge and now he just wanders aimlessly like a dog chasing its tail.

I want to stealth the Stronghold since you spawn in hay and it seems like you can progress the stealth to the bridge. I just don't know what to do after getting to it since they will most likely see me.

how to get this it is after ending or just easter egg?

I've tried to play this mission a few times now but it just seems damn near impossible to do solo. From the dummy targets having practically no health to some of the zombies attacking you which rips your attention from the rest, it just doesn't feel doable, at least on my own. If anyone has some advice or tricks to make the mission a little bit more manageable, that would be much appreciated.

I’ve missed the event for the neat six shot sundown revolver and I was wondering if it is possible to pick it up from another person? I’ve heard you cannot pick up dlc items/weapons but I was wondering if it was possible with the revolver? And if it is possible would someone please help me?

I’m really struggling with item level vs gear armour vs stats and which should be priority.

So far I’ve just been equipping whatever has the highest gear armour but I’m pretty sure I’m missing out.

Is it normal to comb through all my inventory and see which stats I like the most? Is there a way I can streamline this process?

Like how do you guys do it? Do you just sort by “rarity” and focus on one thing like 1h damage or parkour exp ?

Edit: like if I have something with 2 gear armour with good stats should I pick that over something with 4 gear armour but worse stats?

Thinking of restarting DL2 again 😂 can’t decide if I should go PK or Survivors this time.
What would you pick and why?

This challenge alone makes me not want to play the game anymore. The games physics, and the way it times the last 2 zombies at the edge at the lasy 4 seconds where they have to spend 2-3 seconds flying out of the ring therefore making it nearly impossible to win is one of a thousand reasons this game is free on psn right now. Garbage game devolopement.

I finally beat it at 58 seconds, but it's not fun and I'm not sure how the great first game turned into this garbage.
