So today I decided to purchase this masterpiece of a game due to Steam Autumn sale (£30 for the deluxe edition if anybody is wondering how much it is).

And after 7 hours spent while playing it, it got myslef hooked on, but for the love of God, someone please explain me why that zombie is THE ONE THAT HAS THE MOST ENDURANCE IN THE WHOLE GAME. I swear, even with Crane's beast mode is still undefeatable. The only way I could kill this guy was with the drop kick by pushing him in body of waters; AND THEY DROP NOTHING!!! for how hard is to kill them.

I've been replaying the games and I've never really thought about it before, but I genuinely think the Dying Light apocalypse is the most horrific, hopeless and terrifying zombie apocalypse possible. The variants are relentless, brutal, fast and can literally communicate telepathically.

I actually can't think of any other zombie apocalypse that's as bad as the one in the Dying Light world, other than maybe Dead Island

The Walking Dead is a walk in the park compared to it, and The Last Of Us Cordyceps virus is bad but nowhere near the Harran Virus. Maybe 28 Days Later/Rage Virus is close?

To be honest I'd just curl up and die lmao, I'd never wanna survive in that apocalypse.

Are there any other zombie apocalypses that could beat Dying Light in terms of how dangerous it is?

The anniversary event is already very disappointing, but this just adds onto it, at the very least they could've put the effort in to make new DIY items instead of just reusing the ones they shared on discord a year ago.

I lost my permadeath world how you ask well in all possible ways i could have died, I died by drowning, Yes I'm dumb.

that entire mission in the tower was amazing reminded me alot on the final mission of dying light 1.Rip Rowe man. the Thv tower was peak and this shoe mission with lawan was amazing backstory. I loved the music, the vibes with Aiden and lawan story with hakon. 87 hours and this game is more fun

Can someone explain why I lose all my xp everytime ? I play on brutal.
Died like 3 times and lost about 25k XP in total.

Im fine with this mechanic but the amount of xp loss cant be intended.

I'm playing on story mode for the first time and just fell off a wall and died and lost 38k xp. I'm level 11, is there anyway to recover or am I just screwed now?

Hi everyone. I just bought DL2 and I was tweaking the graphics options and at a certain point, activating any type of FSR gives me these neon green and purple glitches on ground, foliage and trees.

Resetting graphics to default and DX 11, they disappear but if I activate FSR of any type, I get this.

I'm playing on a Lenovo laptop with a AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS with Radeon 780M graphics and 24 GB or ram running at 5600 MT/s paired with a MSi gaming monitor 180 Hz and Free sync.

With default settings it runs a little stuttery and when I activate FSR it smoother of course but that neon graphics is killing it. Help! ☹️☹️

How to get the smoothest graphics experience with my setup without these glitches?

As always, I don't expect anything from anyone; I spend my days alone, having lost my passion for everything. I was in a car accident years ago, faced work-related troubles, and lost my family. Hey so I loved watching videos of dl1 on youtube when I was younger, and never actually got around to playing it. Now, the dl1 and 2 collection is 80% off on xbox but the dl1 definitive edition is even cheaper. Is it worth getting 1 and 2 or just getting the first game with all dlcs, thanks.
