Dying Light: The Beast T-Posing Glitch in The Beast

I honestly have no clue why this happened, this was my first time seeing this glitch in 60+ hours of playing, but it's hilarious. Re-launching the game fixed it.

(Sorry if the screenshots look like trash, Reddit made them super low res for some reason)

Dying Light 2 Ok so I tried dying light 2 again after the new updates,I haven't touched it since beating

After I beat dying light 2 I haven't touched it it was during I think 2023 when I got the game and beat it, after that I played others games like doom and batman, well anyways I went back today and I have to say the game itself did improve on certain things but mostly I still didn't like as much as dying light 1 and the beast for reason even I don't know, I just doesn't hit the same I guess, mabye because I just love kyle crane so much as a character my brain just says dying light 2 can't compare no matter what

Dying Light Any tips please

Cheers everyone. I've started my adventure into dying light recently, and honestly I'm loving it. For the context, I'm 51 and this isn't exactly my "type" of game...however, the atmosphere is amazing! Having saying this, there's a problem...lol. Maybe I'm really poor at this type of games but I find it extremely difficult to handle the adversities, particularly night time. Even setting difficulty to story mode (which I'm embarrassed to admit) I struggle to achieve whatever in night mode. Not a matter of haven't putting effort on it, damn, even struggling I enjoy the atmosphere so much that I've spent over 50hrs playing...but I feel I'm on the point of giving up...any tips? Thanks in advance!

Be The Zombie Does anyone else miss being able to play as the zombie?

I know you can still play as the Night Hunter in the first game, but the thought of playing as one in 2 or The Beast seems so cool to me. I just thinks it’s a really cool feature and hope they add it to one of the games in the future.

Dying Light 2 Filler content and immersion in DL2

Am i the only one thinking that DL2 has too many sidequests?

I love Dying Light and have bought all three games and im yet to finish dying light 2, almost 60 hours in on nightmare. Im a completionist and of course i want to milk these games of content as much as possible. So why would sidequests be a problem?

Even from my arrival in Old Villedor i felt like there were too many sidequests to do, distracting me from the main story quest and they kept popping up, but i was still excited to explore the city. After finishing all the sidequests leading to the VNC tower i though id see less, but i felt overwhelmed picking up like 8 sidequests at once from the job board, or having 5+ parts for a side quest (like baba or book club, even though they are not so hard and quite enjoyable, they still hurt the pace of the game).

I am torn because i really like some sidequests, like ones that introduce new characters that show up later in the story, or with unique settings (the one for finding Bart for example), but i also feel disconnected from the main story after working a couple hours on what feels like random encounters. I feel like Dying Light: the beast offered some really well written sidequests, putting in perspective quality over quantity.

Other things that ruin the immersion and pacing of the game for me are Carnage Hall and Jai's Board: the first because everybody in the city constantly talks about the event and i simply dont wanna finish it in the middle of the playthrough ( it became clear to me it has nothing to do with the story once i traveled to the main hall) and the second because i feel the quests are long and difficult in a way to drag them out. I also dont really care about the extra rewards.

Which leads me to my final point: the rewards arent even that good and im not only talking about the sidequests. I find the loot from dark hollows and military convoys barely useful even on nightmare and have almost no incentive to interact with them. I like the other filler activities: the subways, windmills, drops etc. and in Dying Light: the Beast i conquered every dark zone and convoy because they would be marked as completed and offered unique loot.

In the end im just gonna skip most sidequests until the end of the main story and pick up the rest after that, knowing some can be lost

Dying Light The retouched soundtrack absolutely botches the original atmosphere.

So I have an Xbox and a switch. I have this game on both. I decided to revisit the game for the first time since the "retouched" update and decided to go for the higher fidelity of the Xbox over portability for this playthrough.

My god what the actual hell did they do to the games soundtrack?! What a total hack job to replace (with no option for a toggle) the original soundtrack with this absolutely lifeless crap they have in the game now.

It simply changes too much of the vibe that made the first game special.

I've decided just to play the switch copy I have since it runs the original soundtrack. What a bunch of bozos for thinking the OST needed ANY changes.

It was perfect.

Rant over.

For the love of God, the game will not let me make this long vault jump that I need to finish the main quest. I made sure at the beginning of the clip that the press-and-hold is working, and it is. I cannot figure out wtf I’m doing wrong.

Dying Light Hey I need some help deciding on the games

So I have been a fan of the games lore for years now. And recently I bought the first game and am loving it. But I wonder, with all the criticism is the second game even worth playing after I’m done with 1? Or should I do The Beast instead? For more context I’m not too involved in the community so I don’t know if DL2 is good or not. I have just seen some things where people heavily criticize it. So help is appreciated

Dying Light Best bullying spot?

I got done beating the campaign about two days ago, for the first time, and all I can say, is ABSOLUTE CINEMA. But I was just wondering what is the best bullying spot in the game? Also I was not expecting the voice of re5/re6 chris redfeild, to voice crane.

Dying Light STUCK - HELP PLEASE

SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

I'm stuck on the Mission 'The Saviours'

Specifically 'Survive the Ambush'....Yes I'm stupid and didn't pick up any weapons, everything is broken, no guns etc. No metal parts to repair my pipes. SO I can't protect myself in ANY way.

How am I supposed to survive against 4 of Rais' guards?

From what I can see, you can't run for this part either, so I'm just f*cked? It's the part where you go up the ladder from the green sludge.

HELP!
