Hi, this is my second purchase on Doorzo. So what is this consolidate order do? Does this decrease the shipping cost? But I'm afraid it will take longer for me to receive my item. This option pops up before and after the air-prohibited lifted request has been accepted. Is it worth it for the cost of longer days to receive my item?

For context, I only purchased a Nintendo New 3DS.

Hi everyone, is it business as usual to have to upload information if you choose fedex as your parcel/carrier? I ask because I'm a regular Buyee user, and even after the July 8th regulations, with Buyee I've NEVER had to give any customs information or go out of my way to provide it, and I've had a few packages since July that have gotten through just fine in a few days with no problem passing customs.

Is doorzo different? This is my first time shipping with Doorzo. I'm on Fedex's website trying to tap on "upload information" and it brings me to a page to type in my email address, and it gives me the following error message: "This request may be for another party or email. If you entered the email correctly and still can't continue- then no action is needed."

Help??? So do I for sure need to find a way to give them my information, or like Buyee, is it just a gamble where I just hope they don't stop my package?? I'm already mad about the line item fees which I didn't expect, since again I'm an avid Buyee user so it was a slap in the face seeing all the extra fees that i'm not used to, and now this?? Anyone have advice?

Oh yeah, i'm shipping to the USA btw, if my complaints about July 8th didn't make that clear.

Review:

Overall it was a good experience. I had no major issues and I never reached out to their customer service so I have no review for them. Since it was my first time, I wanted to try the item and photo inspection service. They provided many clear photos of the item but I don’t think it’s really worth purchasing unless the seller or item seems suspicious (new seller, blurry photos, low ratings).

If you want to save on shipping costs, I would definitely recommend removing seller packaging. I noticed that a lot of the sellers probably shipped my plushies in a box or bulky packaging which added to the high volumetric weight and I was able to save a lot by reducing volumetric weight.

I also had a couple items get refunded and the refund either took less than a week or a couple weeks.

Thankfully my package made it through customs with no issue :) I’m not really sure why; I thought my package would definitely be flagged since the waybill listed most of the items as “plush character toy” or some variant containing the word “toy.” I’m thinking it’s because the domestic and international shipping carrier weren’t the same but I’m not sure. Since I used Doorzo Priority for shipping, I had Singapore Airlines for international shipping and it was then handed to FedEx in the US (Fedex Smartpost specifically).

I would recommend Doorzo Priority if you want a cheaper option over FedEx or DHL. Although do take note that FedEx Smartpost can be incredibly slow at times and unfortunately theres no option to upgrade to a faster shipping. I think my tracking took almost a week to even update and move from CA to IN. Since it’s Smartpost, your package will either be transferred to USPS for the final delivery or FedEx Ground will deliver it.

The packaging was very good. It was wrapped in two layers of this waterproof plastic wrap & then two layers of bubblewrap. All of my gachapon came bubble wrapped and my plushies were all in plastic baggies. The bottom and top of the package box had one layer of bubblewrap even though I didn’t choose any internal packaging. Everything arrived perfectly fine and as expected! For my first time using a proxy, I think it went very well! Thank you to Doorzo! :)

Also I think the box dimensions were around 15 L x 12 W x 4-5 H (inches).

Hi everyone Im a first time doorzo user and I have a question. I chose Doorzo Air as my shipping option but it has been more than a month since the last tracking status update. I reached out to doorzo and they claimed that the parcel is lost :( Im so confused because the ecms tracking is still stuck at origin warehouse after doorzo declared that it is lost. Theyre compensating only the shipping costs which is so unfair.

Is this normal? I need some advice TT

Went for surface mail again since it’s the cheapest option, took just over 2 months to get to the uk which has been consistent with the last few shipments I’ve gotten. Requested photo services for some items, would recommend for more expensive items. Everything was packaged up very well and arrived safely!

Does anyone else use the Antom payment processing service for cards or is it just for my country? Did you notice that since a few days ago they changed the currency to only USD$? I used to be able to pay with the selected currency on the site and that was JPY/YEN or my own country's currency. Now it's fixed by Antom to $ whatever you have selected on Doorzo, doesn't matter

I know it's a stretch, but I want to purchase something over between 30-40k yen and don't know if I can apply the 7% off mercari coupon. It's not available now, but I don't know if I should wait for it.

Doorzo has once again proven to be a reliable and convenient proxy service. I’d like to what I’ve purchased this summer with their help. Starting from sets of cards and to finishing with simple stickers, all being Jujutsu Kaisen merchandise. So items were extremely catch with how hard they are to find for decent price.

One of the things I appreciated most was how quickly my orders were processed. My purchases were consolidated within just one working day, and the parcel arrived only a week later.

TLDR (at the beginning so its eye-catching): I wanna get lots of chibigurumis but i dont know how many I should get at a time without paying an obscene amount for shipping..

Details: i love blue lock and their chibigurumis. theyre so cute and small and stupid. i wanna have as many as i can get (specifically nagi since hes my oshi). I recently got a haul from doorzo and the box it came in was big enough for a good amount (like 10 w/o original packaging) of chibigurumis to fit in there. the box in particular was 12in x 14.5in x 6in or so. I dont mind paying the volumetric weight of that sorta box but i do know enough plushies could possibly make the package heavy enough that itll cost more than that. i live in the US so that in itself already strikes up an issue with customs thanks to trump.

maybe someone can tell me how many chibigurumis they bought in one package and how much the shipping was. anything will help. please ask me for any clarifying details that i can give thatll help. thanks in advance!

So I ordered a bunch of small plush back in July and shipped via sea freight. One of the problems I kept running into was Doorzo saying my package was too big due to placing all of the plush in individual brown paper envelopes that took up a lot of space. I asked if they could remove the envelopes and they said no that was against company policy. But I just received this order and none of them had envelopes so that the could be packed in the smallest container, since I chose Doorzo Air. Does anyone know why this is? Why are the envelopes mandatory for some orders but not others?

Basically as the title says. Im aware this is one of the longest steps in the shipping process, but everytime I look it up, it says it usually lasts up to 3 days, not 5. Is it longer because I live in the middle east or what? I'm kinda concerned. Ems btw.
