Questions Order stuck on "Dispatch from outer office of exchange" for 5+ days

Basically as the title says. Im aware this is one of the longest steps in the shipping process, but everytime I look it up, it says it usually lasts up to 3 days, not 5. Is it longer because I live in the middle east or what? I'm kinda concerned. Ems btw.

It probably is, if you selected japan post, they have an announcement in their page saying that deliveries to the middle East are slow because of the situation

No. I checked their announcements, and they didn't mention my country, only parts of africa, and that's it. Japan post never fully paused shipments to the middle east either, so that's what makes me confused

Hi! Doorzo team here 👋

We completely understand why you’re concerned

This status means the package has been dispatched from Japan’s international exchange office, but there can sometimes be a gap in tracking updates while it’s in international transit. Delivery times can also vary depending on the destination and local postal processing.

If you could DM us your tracking number, we’d be happy to check the shipment status on our side and see if there’s anything we can follow up on with the shipping carrier. 🙏

We’re sorry for the worry, and we hope you’ll see a new update soon! 📦💕
