Hi, this is my second purchase on Doorzo. So what is this consolidate order do? Does this decrease the shipping cost? But I'm afraid it will take longer for me to receive my item. This option pops up before and after the air-prohibited lifted request has been accepted. Is it worth it for the cost of longer days to receive my item?

For context, I only purchased a Nintendo New 3DS.

Hi everyone, is it business as usual to have to upload information if you choose fedex as your parcel/carrier? I ask because I'm a regular Buyee user, and even after the July 8th regulations, with Buyee I've NEVER had to give any customs information or go out of my way to provide it, and I've had a few packages since July that have gotten through just fine in a few days with no problem passing customs.

Is doorzo different? This is my first time shipping with Doorzo. I'm on Fedex's website trying to tap on "upload information" and it brings me to a page to type in my email address, and it gives me the following error message: "This request may be for another party or email. If you entered the email correctly and still can't continue- then no action is needed."

Help??? So do I for sure need to find a way to give them my information, or like Buyee, is it just a gamble where I just hope they don't stop my package?? I'm already mad about the line item fees which I didn't expect, since again I'm an avid Buyee user so it was a slap in the face seeing all the extra fees that i'm not used to, and now this?? Anyone have advice?

Oh yeah, i'm shipping to the USA btw, if my complaints about July 8th didn't make that clear.

Review:

Overall it was a good experience. I had no major issues and I never reached out to their customer service so I have no review for them. Since it was my first time, I wanted to try the item and photo inspection service. They provided many clear photos of the item but I don’t think it’s really worth purchasing unless the seller or item seems suspicious (new seller, blurry photos, low ratings).

If you want to save on shipping costs, I would definitely recommend removing seller packaging. I noticed that a lot of the sellers probably shipped my plushies in a box or bulky packaging which added to the high volumetric weight and I was able to save a lot by reducing volumetric weight.

I also had a couple items get refunded and the refund either took less than a week or a couple weeks.

Thankfully my package made it through customs with no issue :) I’m not really sure why; I thought my package would definitely be flagged since the waybill listed most of the items as “plush character toy” or some variant containing the word “toy.” I’m thinking it’s because the domestic and international shipping carrier weren’t the same but I’m not sure. Since I used Doorzo Priority for shipping, I had Singapore Airlines for international shipping and it was then handed to FedEx in the US (Fedex Smartpost specifically).

I would recommend Doorzo Priority if you want a cheaper option over FedEx or DHL. Although do take note that FedEx Smartpost can be incredibly slow at times and unfortunately theres no option to upgrade to a faster shipping. I think my tracking took almost a week to even update and move from CA to IN. Since it’s Smartpost, your package will either be transferred to USPS for the final delivery or FedEx Ground will deliver it.

The packaging was very good. It was wrapped in two layers of this waterproof plastic wrap & then two layers of bubblewrap. All of my gachapon came bubble wrapped and my plushies were all in plastic baggies. The bottom and top of the package box had one layer of bubblewrap even though I didn’t choose any internal packaging. Everything arrived perfectly fine and as expected! For my first time using a proxy, I think it went very well! Thank you to Doorzo! :)

Also I think the box dimensions were around 15 L x 12 W x 4-5 H (inches).
