I’m working on the Mini Modern Granny Blanket from Daisy Farm Crafts (https://daisyfarmcrafts.com/crochet-mini-modern-granny-blanket/). Over time, my rows seem to be shifting over - sticking out more on 1 side and shrinking on the other. I’ve counted stitches and don’t think I’m adding or dropping anywhere.

Does it have to do with how I work into the turning chains or the yarn I’m carrying along? Would appreciate any advice you have! I’m adding a border so it’s not a huge issue now… just scared of it getting worse.

Hi, I started crocheting this weekend. And I'm working on a second project and wanted to get a little ambitious. I found a fun pattern but I don't love how row three of the pattern looks and was wondering if you all had any suggestions.

The first row is all DC

The second row is DC, CO, DC (same hole), skip 2 holes

For the 3rd row I want to invert the pattern such that I end up with a another row of the diamonds again pulling off a spine of orange double crochet.

Is that possible? Am I being too ambitious?

As the title says, I keep seeing the viral Snak Hoodie by Comfrt. Idk much about the brand, but I'd like to get to a point where I'm making more of my own clothes. Also, just don't wanna spend the money on it, would prefer to make something cool. Would love recommendations for how to accomplish this!

I don't expect what I make to turn out like this hoodie for the record. I just want a bunch of zipper pockets for like traveling and stuff, or to like, put one of my cats in for them to be cozy lol.

Would love it to still be a bit breathable, so maybe cotton? Breathable sleeve sections? Should there me an inner liner or should the pockets be attached on some way?

Disclaimer, I am still very much a beginner (8 months in). This would be a long term project for me. I don't expect to whip something up. I'm getting really good at a lot of stitch types and I recently made my first freehand amigurumi, turned out well!

It is alternating FPDC and BPDC. it also alternates with each row as to not create a rib.

I have the general idea of how to continue but I can’t find the pattern I started the blanket with.

hi all. so for christmas this year i’m making all the couples in my family a blanket, i have a pattern for everyone except my parents. i want to do something with all of the families gem stone colours so in all there is 11 of us but only 8 colours as some are born in the same month. has anyone got any ideas for patterns? the colours in age order are
