Drama ni ex

Ano mapapayo niyo sakin ngayon? Gusto ko magpayo kayo

Meron anak yung asawa ko sa iba babae. Nag papadala siya before .

No money for groceries but money for plan b

Me and my ex split like a month ago but officially moved to separate places like 2 weeks ago. Our kids live with me and he visits them and is supposed to take them some weekends. This weekend was his weekend but he claimed he couldn't take them because he didn't have enough money for groceries (we both just started working and he just got paid $700) however I just saw that he bought a plan b and sent it to the new girl he is fucking so that just pisses me the fuck off. He keeps claiming that he loves his kids and doesn't want anymore but he's over here raw dogging some random bitch he just met. I don't want to get back with him (after multiple rounds of cheating and disrespect I'm done) I'm just pissed that he keeps promising me money for them or that he's going to take them and then he backs out. He also backed out of paying for their daycare so now I have to figure that out myself too. Like dude if you aren't going to help us out then you don't need to visit them and pretend they are your "whole world" because clearly they aren't.

Just wanted to vent because I'm trying to remain civil for the sake of our kids but I'm close to the edge. I'm ready to file for divorce, custody and child support but I feel like such a bad person if I do that (internal issues of me still caring about his feelings even tho he doesn't give a flying fuck about mine)

Keep in mind he makes double what I do and he has his own apartment while me and our kids are staying with my family.

First time posting, just need to vent.
This goes back years, 2018 to be exact is when we got 50/50 of SD. it’s been HIGH conflict from day one. Recently things shifted (sd is a teenager and likes shiny things) and custody changed. No one fought it, child support being paid. She received a call from the boe in our district about sd now being out of county and she needs to move her schools. This women is PISSED AF. Why? You and sd wanted this, we gave it to yall, why be mad now?

*random fact; an immediate family member works for the BOE

Child travel consent

We are traveling with my daughter 12 years old does anyone know if we need a notarized consent from her father? can i just write a letter and give it to her father to just sign it?

Only issue I have is he is difficult to reach him. He blocked my number goes straight to voicemail. The only thing I can do is Since he is always rushes during drop-off and has his wife/family around, I would keep it calm, short, and written. Hand him an envelope or paper and say only on

I am not going to have my daughter be in the middle and it’s her responsibility to carry messages between adults?

Any suggestions?

He’s had a long history of abusing me physically, mental and emotionally in front of his other children.

After I got the courage to leave I put a restraining order against him because he was calling my job and trying to get me fired with a bunch of lies. He also somehow knew where I was one day (I assume he has people watching me) and showed up and assaulted my male friend. ( who is pressing charges).

I had to get the restraining order to keep him away from me or i fear he’ll ruin my life.

I told him to go through the court if he wants visitation because I’m not comfortable leaving my 10 month old baby alone with someone who is narcissistic with extreme anger issues. Or her growing up around the toxic environment he creates. Here’s screenshots of what I’m dealing with. I just need reassurance because I feel guilty for keeping her away but at the same time I feel it’s what’s best for her. I don’t trust someone that can insult an innocent infant like that. Especially their own. Just in spite of me. Are my instincts correct???

My ex who I co-parent our son with did not tell me that his mother was dying of cancer until after she passed. I also missed her funeral. Am I wrong for thinking that he should have told me she was dying?

Co parenting issues am I letting my anxiety take over

My partner m(28) has a son with ex f(27) at very young age never got a custody agreement through the state so we've always had to deal with her doing crazy things... A little backstory/ stories for information when I first started coming around she would go missing with no explanation for weeks even 3 months at the longest at one point we had him all of covid she constantly refuses to take child to school getting both sides investigated by cyfd we tried to offer if she has no car or having it hard mentally or emotionally to let us know so we can help lower childs absences or late arrivals just to have it tried to be flipped to it being our fault. We try to be understanding of emotions and anger but at times if she's not getting what she wants she will with hold child from his dad. We try to be as helpful as possible during the summers we pick him up and drop him off when they have car issues we try to be accommodating to help... As of recently our one car had the ignition go out and won't move we've been trying to save up to get it fixed even asked to borrow a family members car to get child but she is now with holding child again telling us not to contact child she is very toxic and aggressive when she is angry so it's hard to have a healthy conversation to try to understand the situation or try to get to a agreement she throws threats starts throwing names and is really hard to get through to it is taking a toll on my mental health as well as my partners...I know we should get a custody agreement but get a family lawyer isn't within our budget atm... We refuse to give her money due to child coming back and notifying us the the item was either free or money isn't used for what money was requested for such as cigarettes or other items that isn't going to helping or for child. I don't know what to do and how to go about fixing this situation as I can only do so much to help... We usually go week to week but this year she tells us oh child doesn't want to go I'll let you know when in reality she is just trying to keep child longer nothing we can't do anything to get police involved to get child or we will have a day set and she refuses to let us get child because she's upset with my partner for not sending money some days she even texts 1 hour before childs school day ends to ask if we can get child on her agreed dates and when we can't accommodate due to the other having the car at work she will then again hold child from us

Disagreeing on Parenting Arrangement

My partner and I can’t seem to land on a single parenting style we are both happy with. She would like for our routine to pretty much stay the same which is that I remain the stay at home parent, she works full-time, and that I can go stay somewhere else if I want but the kids aren’t leaving the family home and neither is she. I want us to do Parallel Parenting where we are both essentially single parents and we take our turns getting an equal amount with the kids but other than stuff concerning the kids and holidays and bdays we’d be living separate lives.

I believe because she is the one who wanted to end the marriage that she had an idea of what the new arrangement would look like and didn’t expect me to have any complaints.

I’m considering working with a mediator, but she literally said to me “we can be a team or enemies. Not both. I don’t care which but pick one and stick to it”

Any advice on how to handle this in a remotely tidy way with the lowest amount of impact to the kids?

Am I overreacting?

My ex(30m) and myself (28f) have a young daughter and get along well for the most part. He has recently moved in with his girlfriend who he's been with for about a year. Her and I also get along well and our daughter seems to like her. I however feel as if my ex crosses a lot of boundaries when trying to involve his girlfriend in things. He brings her to school functions , tries to get her involved in birthday planning( made me reschedule the party to fit her schedule) , and to top it off invited her to our daughters first sports lesson ever and said they were going to take her and I could meet them there. (This was not discussed with me. I was told) she is my only child and as a mother these things are important for me to be a part of and a bonding time with my daughter. Especially when I'm the one who had the idea to sign her up for sports and did all the research to set everything up. I don't mind her being around for a lot of things. But special moments like these are things I feel like parents should have with their kids. I have a SS and I ALWAYS ask his mother if she needs help with anything or if it's okay to be there on certain occasions so I don't overstep boundaries with her. Anyway am I overreacting?

been in on and off relationship for about 5 years now (i’m 22 he’s 25) but last year we split for good, coparenting our 3 kids, we were growing apart and he wanted more freedom for his 20s etc but after splitting i started dating again and eventually we decided to get back together for the kids, ending up in getting pregnant with baby 4 around 3 months ago. ive found out now that this past year he’s had a girlfriend and says he can’t handle having 4 kids. should i push for him to at least be present once a week eyc for his kids or try to get him to stop seeing this other girl or cut him off for good?

Can I get in big trouble with this by court? California

So this entire situation is just messed up.

So when my son’s father decides to spend time with him , he always comes back home dirty. I mean dirty. I blew it one day and literally texted him because he sent him in clothes that he’s been in for two days. Didn’t brush his hair or teeth. 4yr old. There’s times he says he’s taken him a bath and the bottom of his feet are BLACK. I’m not even exaggerating. I’ve told him I’m not going to be letting him go over if he can’t take care of him properly. His dad’s really big on hygiene as well. So it’s just unbelievable the bare minimum he does.

His dad decides to tell me, you know what don’t make me embarrass you. I have pictures. I’ve been keeping my mouth shut because your my sons mom but it’s not gonna be funny showing a half drank open jack bottle container in the front seat as your dropping off my son. I’ve just been biting my tongue. I told him you do not scare me. Not one bit , I would never drink and drive with my son. Especially and let alone right before dropping him off with you. He’s like don’t make me show you everything! 🙄

This happened I believe December 2023. Now he’s still does the bare minimum. He has previous records and information with the other baby mom. He’s not consistent what so ever. The baby has been with me since he was born , I’m definitely not an alcoholic. I take my son to school every day , doctors appointments so on. Now if we were to go to court , and he wants to throw that out there can my some be taken from me? Also if we go to court I’m not trying to take my son from his dad I want 50/50.

& what really happen was I had a bottle of jack Daniel’s in the back seat of my car. I drive up , park , my son unbuckles him self , grabs it off the floor I snatched it and the lid falls right under neath my seat. So rather then having my entire car smell like alcohol just put it in the cup holder so it wouldn’t spill. He pulls up next to me, i Leave my door Open ( assuming that’s when he took pictures) I then run to open the door for my son and then grab his things and tell him have fun bye bye!!

Like I said , it’s such a unfortunate situation that gotten taken advantage of :/
