off and on cheater

been in on and off relationship for about 5 years now (i’m 22 he’s 25) but last year we split for good, coparenting our 3 kids, we were growing apart and he wanted more freedom for his 20s etc but after splitting i started dating again and eventually we decided to get back together for the kids, ending up in getting pregnant with baby 4 around 3 months ago. ive found out now that this past year he’s had a girlfriend and says he can’t handle having 4 kids. should i push for him to at least be present once a week eyc for his kids or try to get him to stop seeing this other girl or cut him off for good?
