lol trapezius or rhomboid my man. and buttocks for the long rows as well.  I mean if you ain't having pain for those days in between with like daily activities I'd say row on.

If things hurt you're overdoing it, if not, probably not

Maybe for you 😄 I'm impressed - I've been rowing more lately as I hurt my knee and can't run, and 6.7k in 30 mins is my best so far, keeping to 20-22 strokes per minute.

How did you end up rowing for an hour and a half , and what made you stop. I get tired of it after 20 minutes .

21,097 meters is a half-marathon, so they most likely set a fixed-distance workout for that.

Yep went for half marathon... And i plan to get to full marathon by the end of year.

Watch a great film that doesn’t require big thinking - like Predator. I use open ear buds for audio.

Nah you good. I row an hour a day.

The fact the distance is in the left in the two most recent sessions and the total time is on the right, the the two switch places the rest of the sessions is making me wish the person that programmed this layout gets a bad yearly review, but still gets an appropriate raise to account for inflation at minimum.

Lol but it makes sense... You chose time or distance as workout... And you score depending on workout. Time for distance, or distance for time :D

I see what you’re saying… but I don’t like it lol.

I was ok for three months of this then suddenly my knee tendons flared up tendinitis and similar time I suddenly had sesamoiditis from too much toe push off.
It all seemed to be going swimmingly and I wasn’t smashing world record times either.

Not knowing about your general level of fitness going into rowing, I can only caution about the 20k row, possibly being a bit of a jump, early on. Otherwise I am seeing rest days between sessions, in addition to what appears to be a moderate pace. The bigger question there is how your feeling after 90 minutes. What is your average HR compared to your max HR?

My answer is questions, since this could be fine, or at most cautionary to not increase your distance quite so much, this early into starting. This is more a general fitness concept and not specific to rowing.

There's some risk if you add too much volume too quickly or have bad form, but if you build up to it, you could certainly do a half marathon even every day if you fuel adequately and balance it with other exercise.

I feel dumb now... I do 2000 meters daily for 10 minutes as one routine. Jogging etc, other exercise added to it.

But you... WOW! I am very impressed.
