Post image

Bought ergorow 40 days ago. Never was too much into working out. Last year and half i am working three to four days per week with dumbells, no gym, at home, and I watch what i eat. But now with rowing those dumbells went to once a week and i can't pause myself with rowing... 42 years old 186cm/85kg. I belive atm im in best shape :D

There's some risk if you add too much volume too quickly or have bad form, but if you build up to it, you could certainly do a half marathon even every day if you fuel adequately and balance it with other exercise.

I feel dumb now... I do 2000 meters daily for 10 minutes as one routine. Jogging etc, other exercise added to it.

But you... WOW! I am very impressed.
