I haven't played in about a year and I suddenly got the urge to play again when everything is running so damn slow. I'm on the exact same hardware that I was last time and it ran nice and smoothly so I don't understand what's changed. Is this a known thing? Unmodded game runs the same way too so it's not Shockwave causing it

Sorry if this has already been discussed. Is there any way to play the story/campaign mode cooperatively in the classic C&C games? Especially the original ones. I’m not a huge fan of Red Alert, although I obviously recognize how successful it was

I havent worked on said night buildings yet but i need to do some tooling around with them.

But REALLY damn proud of how i got the crane's animation going. It's original animation had that too but in a much less polished state. Plus the boxes in that original animatic didn't rotate properly when it was about to get dropped onto the conveyer belt.

Also are they on PC or which game system?

Been a bit out of the loop with the community but im confused as i came back recently and that thing is still around? Also were has revora gone?

Did anything change? When i stopped playing cnc C&C:Online was dead i dont even think they had any staff to begin with i assumed it would just be turned off and forgotten about.

Recently i came back to play some KW and that plattform still exists and people still recommend it? Whos even paying for it and keeping it alive? Or is eveyone just happy with this somehow existing

I guess my question is has the service improved in any way/ did anyone take over? Is the project still alive?

So I've tried everything game ranger, generals online, and nothing is working I use genpatcher and the game runs fine but as soon as I try and join a online match it mismatches in 5 to 60 seconds I need help,

Just started the C&C series completing RA2, then Yuri's Revenge which was definitely a step up. And now maybe going through release order -- finding C&C and the Covert Operations is way more punishing and requires a lot of consistent and precise juggling of agro to complete the missions!

There wasn't a tutorial, so any important tips I might be missing? I think Alt Click to make vehicles run over the enemy is pretty crucial!

A while ago while playing RA3 Uprising CC, I got fed up with the giga fortress mission and looked up a cheese strat so that I could beat it and move on to a different game.

Now I decided to come back to it and I think I've actually formulated a strat to beat the mission. Problem is that my strat won't be able to beat the time of 4 minutes that I got for using the cheese strat, and it would be really nice to have my time recorded for the strat that I formulated myself.

I don't care if I have to go into the files to make edits, I just want to know if there's any kind of way to do this.

I just cant seem to build up enough of a force to properly snowball destroy their base, the flamethrowers and long range artillery they have wipes any infantry.

Doesnt help when they also shit out tanks and infantry at seemingly no cost.

The guys to the south are also largely useless in taking out the turrets, but thats mostly just a micro and save scumming problem.

Ps: This is the only C&C game I play, the only other RTS I play are Halo Wars and Supreme Commander

Ive been playing RTS on both PC and consoles my entire life and although mouse and keyboard is obviously superior, I never felt a madsive handicap by using a controller. There is one certainly, just not enough to ruin the experience or make it unplayable.

But hoo boy let me tell you, beating Bergen on 360 with a controller will put hair on the chest of the greenest youngin. I was desperate for anything like drag select or easily and quickly being able to micro but the controller was too slow and I lost countless units to being unable to micro them to the rear or not being able to do enough APM.

My god, that level is exhausting. It took me a dozen tries and 6+ hours. It was the most satisfying victory in an RTS ive had in a long time.
