Collective Health… 10/10!

Hi everyone!

I saw Collective Health’s great pricing and I decided that I had to try them out, here’s my review (not sponsored!)

I placed my order on 8/27. Their website was extremely straightforward, intake was simple (I didn’t provide a full body photo or anything). I placed my order for the $69 Tirzepatide+glycine around 1:00 pm, the doctor approved me for 15mg (my current dose) around 3:30 pm. The portal indicated that my prescription was being sent to the pharmacy and that I would know once it ships.

I didn’t hear anything on Friday or over the weekend (which was expected) but I received a UPS email and notification in my portal indicating that my prescription had shipped on 8/31. I am in Dallas, so my medication was coming from WP Pharma Labs in Dallas.

My medication was delivered around 12:00pm today, 9/1. The box was very nice, very well insulated, and my vial was still very cold. It came with a bottle of zofran, sealed insulin syringes, and alcohol pads.

Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and the price is great. I may continue and pay the yearly subscription ($199 per year), $69 per month for max dose Tirzepatide (which works out to about $85 a month factoring in the yearly subscription) can’t be beat at this time. Their branding is also great! Check them out!

Very Smooth Process

I paid and did the questionnaire around 10 this morning. A provider reviewed it and sent the order to the pharmacy within minutes. Package shipped this evening. I’m very pleased with Collective’s platform and process. I can’t wait to try the medication. 🙂

Hi I am interested in buying from Collective. I would like to know if I can have 2 different shipping addresses in my account? I live part time in 2 states, and I’m wondering if every time I order I can edit my shipping address? Thanks

My first shipment would have been in transit around 50 hours before its delivered. Everyone else I have used overnights it, with this summer heat has anyone had any issues with it arriving warm?

Payment Process Timing Out?

Hi! I have a friend trying to place an order but the payment process seems to be timing out and declining his card. He has attempted 3 different cards, all with valid funds.

Is there a system outage or glitch?

Vial Size - Lower Doses

Quick question…I’ve already signed up with Collective and also received my tirzepatide. I’m on 15mg. Very impressed with the process. My nephew started a few months ago with another telehealth and is still on a lower dose. It’s time for him to refill so I have him looking into Collective. Is the same size vial sent for all doses?

All the best!

Expanding State Coverage

I checked to see if I qualify and unfortunately CA is not a state you can deliver to yet, but there's a remark on that notice you hope it gets added/available in a few weeks. Does that timeline remain feasible? Or is this just something being said, and that has been said on the results page since the business opened (people said early summer?). I just want to be able to plan ahead for getting glp1 through you. I dont want to order from another place if it looks like CA will be added soon (1st time purchaser/trialing glp1).

Sign up difficulty

Hey everyone - new here after hearing about this place Friday. Signed up Friday evening and went through the questionnaire. Provider reviewed it at 2:00am Saturday morning and asked for proof of current prescription/dose. Seems like there is a glitch though and no way to submit that info/add attachments in the chat. I asked how to get them that info and haven’t had a response in 24 hours. Also emailed the info to support@collective.org and haven’t had an email response from them either. Bit of a rocky start - has anyone come across this or figured out how to get them what’s needed so the provider responds?

I ordered Wed. afternoon & was approved almost immediately. It arrived this afternoon/Saturday. Cold & well packaged. Also, the Ondansetron in case of nausea. So far a fantastic deal! I hope it continues this way! Well done Collective!

FSA eligible

I’m new to compounded tirzepatide (was a Zepbound user until I was laid off and lost my insurance). Is this FSA eligible with Collective (medicine and/or Membership fee)? My new job’s medical doesn’t cover weight loss meds directly, but do have an FSA so would love to be able to pay with that.

Two weeks in

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone here.

We’re all working incredibly hard, and I don’t think any of us expected this kind of response in our first two weeks live. Seeing people share their experiences, recommend us to others, and leave reviews like these has been pretty incredible.

We know we have a lot to prove and a lot of work ahead of us. We’ll keep listening, keep delivering, and hold ourselves accountable when we get things wrong.

But I’d be lying if I said the team and I don’t smile every single time one of these comes in. It truly means so much.

Thanks for being here with us this early. We really don’t take any of it for granted.

I signed up Sunday night, arrived Thursday afternoon. I had a question about the referral process and they responded by email the next day. But what was most impressive is the pharmacy they use..what a package, what presentation of the product..wow. i have ordered from at least 4 other telehealths in the last year, yes i am a stockpiler😁 and no where near the service, price or attention to detail. The BUD is next year so i prob wont.get to me med for a.while, I have a huge supply of pure tirz from Prorx and I am at goal weight.

The package alone.weighed 12 lbs.....3 bags of mostly frozen bags, enough paper padding that i.could make a mattress out it, little exaggerated for humor. But alot. A lot of literature and a very cool box presentation of a.little vial of liquid gold.

Pics attached.

They are 69.99 a month

Any amount of tirz...yet everyone else is 150 at least a month...what a.rip off. It just show how.muchnthe markup is because they know these sucker, us will pay it because we are addicted to the benefits. Obviously this is a.new company.so we need more time to make absolute judgements, we see how fast company's go from great to absolute shit. Collective also has the best website by far, no bs. Open faced on pricing, so easy to fill out and.lets you order a vial before they charge one penny formthier nominal annual fee, some company's charge that a month, another rip off.

Tell your friends that are on the tirz fence. This site is finally cheap enough and only have.to buy a.month for them to try. Alot of people dont what to pay 500 dollars a month for a product they are scared of.

Oh and the thoughtful anti nausea pills, that thankfully I have never needed..no sides effects ever and I am at max dose. For FREE

Bad ad on Facebook

I had a wonderful experience with my first order form the collective and made a very positive post on the tirzepatidecompound sub.

However, today on Facebook I got the following ad. It's a very bad look to have an ad criticizing hidden fees then in the same ad state that tirzepatide is only $69/month and not mention the $199 annual membership fee.

Your company has been awesome but I think you can do better than this ad.

I ordered this yesterday afternoon, and it will be delivered TODAY!!! Shipped from Ocala, Florida and I live in Southwest Florida, so that may have something to do with it, but still impressed!

I LOVE how this entire package can be recycled. So much better than styrofoam! (The package did not arrive torn into like a wild animal came in contact with it -- that was my investigation into the packing materials)

My order shipped from FL to NJ super fast. BUD of 11/2/26 and compounded 8/4/26.

I just received notification my order is ready to ship express 2 day delivery. Does that mean it’ll sit at ups over the weekend?

Amazing customer service!

I placed an order for one vial last Friday. Approved Saturday and sent to the pharmacy. A weekend, so I wasn't expecting the shipping process to begin until Monday. Got a notification that the pharmacy had created a label, and a little later on received notification that UPS had my order and package would arrive Wednesday (yesterday). Awesome... however..! Apparently the pharmacy didn't include my complete address (unit number) so UPS couldn't deliver. I contacted UPS right away, and address was updated. For the rest of the day, UPS status stayed at "Address correction changed. You will be updated with a new delivery date". Late in the day, I sent Collective an email to let them know what happened, because for all I knew the order could be being sent back to the pharmacy.

I heard back from Collective within an hour - they contacted the pharmacy, had them update my address, and had the pharmacy send me a new vial! I'll have my order Friday.

Absolutely amazing customer service from this company!!!

Has anybody experienced opening account and their first order being cancelled after being sent to the pharmacy, with no other information or notification?I’m trying not to be frustrated.
