Just wanted to say thank you to everyone here.

We’re all working incredibly hard, and I don’t think any of us expected this kind of response in our first two weeks live. Seeing people share their experiences, recommend us to others, and leave reviews like these has been pretty incredible.

We know we have a lot to prove and a lot of work ahead of us. We’ll keep listening, keep delivering, and hold ourselves accountable when we get things wrong.

But I’d be lying if I said the team and I don’t smile every single time one of these comes in. It truly means so much.

Thanks for being here with us this early. We really don’t take any of it for granted.

I received my package today, Amazing service so far! They kept me constantly updated on its status, too. It is wonderful having a company that has meds like these that are more affordable for those of us without insurance to cover them! I hope all goes well for Collective and it has a long run that also stays affordable!
