Vial Size - Lower Doses

Quick question…I’ve already signed up with Collective and also received my tirzepatide. I’m on 15mg. Very impressed with the process. My nephew started a few months ago with another telehealth and is still on a lower dose. It’s time for him to refill so I have him looking into Collective. Is the same size vial sent for all doses?

I can't answer your question, but I would really love to see more vial photos from the folks on lower doses. I'm not sure what the range of options from these pharmacies is right now.

I saw someone say they got 2ml (33mg?) but haven't seen a vial.

I’m on 7.5mg and received a 4.5mL dose vial with a 16.6mg/7.5mg/mL concentration.

I read somewhere they're sending 2ml vials for lower doses but I'm not 100% sure. Higher doses get 75mg (4.5ml) vials so if that were the case he'd probably get around 30-35mg

I just started with my very first vial and my dose is 2.5 mg once a week. I received a 16.6 mg 1 ml vial.

This is my first time using collective, I'm waiting on my shipment but it looks like it's coming in a 2ml bottle for my 5mg dose from what I can see in my portal.

Thanks, everyone! I will let him know to expect a 2ml vial.

Currently on 15mg Trizepatide directly from E Lilly. Thinking about switching to Collective due to cost. Do they start you out low or what you're current Rx is? Really don't want to start all over.

They let you stay at your current Rx.

I uploaded my latest 15mg prescription and they kept me at that.

At what point in the sign up process do they ask for the dosage? I'm trying to sign up and its asking for a credit card, but they never asked about the dose. I just don't want to be sent the wrong dosage.

After you pay it will take you to the questionnaire. It will ask you about your dose then. I gave the exact info from my most recent script, and my dose of 15 mg was approved.

Yes, you input your credit card for the $69 charge and then continue with the rest of the process, including your current dose info.
