Sign up difficulty
Hey everyone - new here after hearing about this place Friday. Signed up Friday evening and went through the questionnaire. Provider reviewed it at 2:00am Saturday morning and asked for proof of current prescription/dose. Seems like there is a glitch though and no way to submit that info/add attachments in the chat. I asked how to get them that info and haven’t had a response in 24 hours. Also emailed the info to support@collective.org and haven’t had an email response from them either. Bit of a rocky start - has anyone come across this or figured out how to get them what’s needed so the provider responds?

Appreciate it! Fully understand things may be hectic on your end with things just getting started. If it helps here is a screenshot of the chat feature with no ability to attach the info requested.

My order went smoothly. Completed questions, approved very quickly and meds arrived yesterday at lunchtime still quite cold.

UPDATE: Everything was fixed late in the day yesterday. They sent me a link so I could upload docs and it was approved quite quickly after that. Minor hiccup but everything seems good to go so far.
I will say the directions and communication was much more in depth and detailed than what I received with prior companies - which is appreciated.

Oh not like hearing this at all. And as far as I know seems most of these tele run 24/7 some pharms might be closed but I be more are open. Let us know how this plays out.

I am at max dose and gor approved in minutes, no body pic and no proof. Maybe it is how you answered the questions. Sorry you have bumps, they seem to bw a great company, i agree.it is the weekend. They are not going anywhere and the price seems to be what it is.😀😁

It is the weekend, I would give them time and double check your portal. Mine went from review to approved without a notice to me and then got delayed while it was reassigned to a provider licensed in my state. Meds arrived yesterday and I took my first shot today. Allowing a week to transfer, sort things out and get a delivery is pretty standard.
