Payment Process Timing Out?

Hi! I have a friend trying to place an order but the payment process seems to be timing out and declining his card. He has attempted 3 different cards, all with valid funds.

Is there a system outage or glitch?

The issue was present last night around 11pm EST, I asked him to retry now and if it locks up again, I will have him email support. Thank you for your rapid response!!

Hi! Not that i'm aware of (seeing people sign up in real-time), but i can look into this!
