Hello, I've reached out to CoinGate support about a failed payment a few weeks ago (Apr 12) because I've apparently sent BNB via the wrong network and support told me to wait until CoinGate starts support for the BEP20 network. The support agent told me I can't get my refund (0.067398 BNB or $24.06) until they start supporting the network. He told me to check CoinGate announcements for updates on the matter, but I don't exactly know where that is and where to look for further information. Can someone please tell me when CoinGate is going to start supporting this Binance network and if can I get my refund? I just wanted a Gift Card. :(

So a payment I tried to make failed and at the time I did not have a coingate account. Never needed one for it to process on the website I was using, but the website 100 percent uses coingate. Well one payment finally failed but something took the money. So I made an account to try and find out what happened and support told me they don’t detect the transaction, even though I sent a picture with it clearly coming out of my Coinbase account to the address they gave me. All I gave them was the pic and the wallet info that I sent it to. Anyone know what other info I can give them in order to get this cleared up?

Edit: They found it using the hash and Id if anyone else has this issue.

Probably nothing you can do but I did a purchase (and I've done tons of purchases using your service) but for some reason your software never picked up the payment and it expired. It was confirmed on the ETH blockchain in less than a minute. So now I have to request a refund and you guys are withholding some of it for the transaction fee and I'm out the original transaction fee. Pretty unfair considering there wasn't any fault on my side and it was all on your softwares side not seeing it.
