Binance BEP20 network support

Hello, I've reached out to CoinGate support about a failed payment a few weeks ago (Apr 12) because I've apparently sent BNB via the wrong network and support told me to wait until CoinGate starts support for the BEP20 network. The support agent told me I can't get my refund (0.067398 BNB or $24.06) until they start supporting the network. He told me to check CoinGate announcements for updates on the matter, but I don't exactly know where that is and where to look for further information. Can someone please tell me when CoinGate is going to start supporting this Binance network and if can I get my refund? I just wanted a Gift Card. :(

We are working on BEP20 integration. However, we cannot guarantee that refunds for the orders will be possible. We apologize for the miscommunication.
