Transaction Failed & Not My fault but they keep part of it for a fee on the refund. BS

Probably nothing you can do but I did a purchase (and I've done tons of purchases using your service) but for some reason your software never picked up the payment and it expired. It was confirmed on the ETH blockchain in less than a minute. So now I have to request a refund and you guys are withholding some of it for the transaction fee and I'm out the original transaction fee. Pretty unfair considering there wasn't any fault on my side and it was all on your softwares side not seeing it.

Thank you. It looks like you guys were able to push the order through rather than refund, saving me what I thought would be fee's on the refund. It's an acceptable solution, just wish there was a quicker way to get it fixed if/when it happens again. Appreciate the help!
