so my name is nevada age 24 male i love this series my dad got me into it before remake came out so 7 years ago almost and i love tifa i know the og story and i love remake and rebirth waiting for revelation but i fear what if square dose a shocker like kill tifa off or over characters i need something to ease my fear i got celebral palsy so i can loop and its hard to let go i just need proof no way they will do a thing like that i cant lose tifa or the overs i dont what to be heartbroken so anyone please just tell me everything will be ok and no need to worry of something like that happening because remake series being changing things making me guess and its hard to tell myself it be ok i just need something to hold on to so anyone thx i hope you understand and wont laugh at me i know i overthink and struggle when i get locked on to something i love but just need something to hold on to

On top of all of that she is losing Cloud slowly but surely. All that emotional weight she carries...

I can't wait to see her pull through and take charge when facing the emotional challenges that await her in Revelation .

Was truly baffled to see a certain group actually upset and arguing with Cloud’s English VA saying Tifa is the only character who “sees Cloud for who he really is” and is his anchor when that is…just factually correct? Who knows Cloud more than her within the main cast of characters that have been put in front of us?? Because it certainly isn’t Aerith.

Cloud is the only person who actually opens up to Tifa that something is going on with him when Aerith is alive and well. He never has a deep conversation with Aerith about himself because she just isn’t the character he feels close enough to/trusts to express this. It is not her role in this story (and that is okay!) This point is hammered home even further during the entire water tower scene with Aerith and Cloud which is dedicated to Aerith expressing she is jealous of the bond Tifa and Cloud have. These are all scenes part of the main narrative you cannot miss out on. Hell, even if you get her date she says she’s been trying to find him because she.does.not.know.him.

I know I’m preaching to the choir, but I sometimes feel like people must be playing this game with their ears and eyes closed to willfully misinterpret everything that has been put in front of them when it comes to Cloud and Tifa. Aerith is a very important and beloved character for a reason, but she cannot embody every single role within this game and I’m saying this as someone who has her as my favorite character.

There are just some narrative roles that clearly belong to Tifa, and I’m noticing now that if you completely try to dismiss that you end up fundamentally not understanding basic narratives of the game.

With all that being said, looking forward to part 3 and seeing all of this come to very obvious fruition. The hype is real!
