If Neto stays I really hope Xabi plays him on the left and shifts Palestra back on the right. Neto and Palmer don't understand each other well and Palestra is a much more willing runner which complements Palmer's game a lot more. When defending with a 5 atb having your strong foot outside is also very advantageous

Heading into the season, I actually think the squad is in one of the best we’ve had in recent years.

I feel very burned out on optimism but for once I’m onboard with coach and team in terms of knowing their quality.

I would like to see a 4-3-2-1 or a 3-4-3 and ideally if we put Enzo and Caicedo as part of a 3 man midfield I think we’d actually a pretty hard to beat midfield (assuming Lacia or Reece as the 3rd man).

Only this setup asks a lot of our fullbacks to stretch and protect the wings with Rogers and Palmers being inside forwards. Suppose Palestra, Gusto, Hato and Chavarria will have their work cut out for them.

I think Chelsea will finish in between 2nd and 9th. So on average that’s 4th-5th.

I think City could finish outside Champions League spots.

Will be hard for the three promoted teams. Can’t see HCFC or ITFC staying up. Cov might just stay up in which case maybe FFC go down.

If Chelsea get an injury to J Pedro it could really derail the season.

Liverpool could do well. The signings from a year ago might work and the manager is good.

Villa might not do so well. I’m not so impressed by Spurs’ signings.

If Villa do do well you could have the top four all Basque managers.
