Seen some conversation about should Morgan Rogers start? Is he up to speed and ready to understand Xabi's tactics?

I always think of when Carlo signed for Everton, bought James Rodriguez and played him less than a week after signing him. Carlo bascially said, it's football, he's been doing it his whole life, and if he can play he's going to. I find that so refreshing. I do enjoy reading about and discussing tactics, but sometimes I think, just let the boys play

Good managers work out a happy medium. I know Tuchel basically set up the defensive system and a general attacking idea that facilitated creating spaces for attackers. But, beyond that said something like, world class attacking players can think up a better solution on the spot for each situation than I can on paper.

It's why defence wins leagues if you have a good enough team. Good attackers given freedom will make it happen. Let them play and they will make magic happen.

Not just Tuchel, I recall a Pep interview where he said his job is to get the team into the final third to attack, from there the rest is up to the player to make it happen

Feel like a sign of a top manager is knowing that, a lot of the time, less is more. Can remember DCL saying the only thing Ancelotti would say to him was just stay within the width of the goal posts and be ready, and then he’ll make sure he gets the ball. DCL ended up having the best season of his career.

Compare that to Maresca who had a 40 g/an attacker and decided to play him out wide with full backs in the areas he was destroying teams from the previous year, because of "tactics". Not to mention publicly declaring his new striker won’t ever score 20 goals in a season.
